Buffy would gladly let you grab her, Kirk; however, being her arm-candy comes with certain costs. For example, she wrenched her shoulder forward and put a piece of her strength behind an attempt to toss the Captain off. It was a rather small piece, though. She was very interested in assessing his abilities and finding out how far she could reasonably take him into combat.
