Who: Frontliners, Infiltrators, Kidnappees (See here for info)
What: The attack on the base!
When: October 11th (all day)
Where: Renegade Malnosso Facility
Rating: Varies on thread!
It had been over twenty-four hours since the infiltration. The Malnosso were notorious for their long work hours, many pulling twenty hour shifts at any given time. Fortunately, each department had its share of private resting areas with beds to allow the overworked staff - or infiltrators - get some much needed shut eye between tasks. But now there allies were arriving. All the information they had gathered and sabotaged planned was about to go into play. Would they be successful?
As for the kidnapped, John's pill was finally starting to cancel out the effects of the drugs. Already brighter and more alert than before, it would soon be time for their escape and either flee or help their comrades storm the building.
The front line attackers had met with their strategist before the battle and were now positioned in the forested area around the facility, out of sight and mind for the Malnosso inside. All they needed was the sign to attack from their person inside.
----
OOC Notes: Note that when the front liners attack, security checkpoints and Shifting should be disabled. For those curious about Floor 3, there is still no access to it. HOWEVER, there is no longer a Shift protecting it. If any character is reckless or foolish enough to access it, do so while considering the possibility of your character being seriously injured (or even killed!) in what ensues.
To recap: read Albert's OOC marching orders. Security guards are armed with short swords, night sticks, and hand guns. Most have normal human abilities, but higher ranked guards in high security areas will be highly skilled and may possess some amount of superhuman strength and speed. The Malnosso droids/drones all possess superhuman strength and speed. Since everyone is at full power, they are at 'half strength' relative to what people are used to. Brute strength and strong electrical attacks will be effective on them. It's also possible the infiltrators will keep most of them from ever activating to respond to the attack. They are not invincible and with enough effort, people should be able to handle them.
Note: Thanks to the infiltrators, most of the drones have been disabled and won't activate during the alarm. A small number will be present, but no more than twenty at the most.
Finally, going back to Floor 3, there will be a separate thread within the log for that. If someone attempts to enter it after the battle, I'll setup the scenario there for people to interact with.

[Outside the facility]
I thought it was more important to remain hidden. [By which he obviously means he hadn't thought of it at all.]
[Outside the facility]
For a moment, he doesn't dare to breathe.]
[Outside the facility]
[Outside the facility]
He's a bit at a loss, trying to gauge how much function the drone had.]
[Outside the facility]
He doesn't say anything, but he elbows his brother's arm instead. Should they really just be standing here still?]
[Outside the facility]
Meanwhile, the drone manages to climb up to its feet, creaking and sparking joints not keeping it from attempting to climb after the two. It functions at a fraction of its power, almost falling into a crawl at some points.]
[Outside the facility]
So much for that plan. [He keeps his voice low, even if that thing is already following them. They didn't need anymore attention than they were already getting.] What now?
[Outside the facility]
[Outside the facility]
What do you think? [Then again, now that he thinks about it...] Well. Nothing that'll damage it, anyway.
[Outside the facility]
[He somehow sounds relatively calm about all of this, crouching down just enough to attempt carrying part of the drone. He throws a dismembered robotic arm at the shuffling drone. It stops for only a moment before continuing after them.]
[Outside the facility]
It's not exactly moving very fast, is it? [But no, he'd rather not try that.]
[Outside the facility]
[Outside the facility]
nor did he know how to use them. The only things he did have, he didn't think they'd be very useful, but-] Someone gave me a smoke bomb. And a knife. That's all I have.[There might be an emphasis on that 'someone'. Like he really would have brought any of that stuff himself.]

Hopefully. He's not paying attention, because tossing that heavy piece of trash might have caused him to stumble a bit. Albert was probably dealing with most of its weight, but that's no surprise.]
[Outside the facility]
...Let's avoid heading that way now. [He changes course, walking down the hill through a different path. No taking chances passing that drone again.]
