Ami spent the morning cleaning. Finally, she surveyed her work and gave a satisfied smile. She was done early; good! She slipped off her apron, and put on some tea.

It was her idea, so it hadn't felt fair to expect Usagi to do the work. Ami was quietly pleased, however, that her first and dearest friend from home, and the father figure she'd unexpectedly found in Luceti, would be able to meet in better circumstances than when they'd all been made to think they were king, princess, and knight.

It had to be perfect.
