Who: Everyone! New Feathers especially.
What: New Feather welcome party!
When: Thursday, 5 pm.
Where: Battle Dome
Summary: IT'S A SUMMER PARTY
Rating: Worksafe, I reckon!
It's cold out there today, isn't it? Sure, it's not snowing but once you get into the Battle Dome, it'll be comfortably warmer. Warmer, not warm. Follow the tiny paper arrows and you'll probably find yourself in, well...summer!
It certainly looks convincing enough (a pool, a volleyball court, deck chairs, everything that you'd think you'd find at a pool party) and feels convincing enough (take off that coat! Aren't you hot?) so why not not step in? The barbecue's sizzling and there's some nice cold drinks at the cooler.
C'mon in, the water's awesome!

[And she's off to find spare cups, buckets, and anything else she can pack full of sand to make shapes with, returning with a pile of random things that she sets down in front of him.]

Do you know what you are doing?

[Zelda holds up a large cup.]
Do you know the shape of Hyrule castle?
[She's already drawing lines in the sand where things should go. Zelda knows her castle like the back of her hand.]

[Frowning a little, he picks up a bowl, raising his eyebrows. If they're making a castle, then what does she need this for?]

I see. He was quick to destroy it, then.
[She doesn't seem too bothered, though. All the more reason to make this sandy Hyrule Castle resemble the real thing! She marks out places for towers.]
Could you start making some towers here? I will make some walls.

[Sand goes in cup, flipped over and... the result is a shapeless pile of loose sand.]
Hm. [Okay tell him what he's doing wrong because this clearly isn't right.]

[She demonstrates by wringing her hair out on some of the sand that she's making a wall out of. Look, it stays where she puts it!]
no subject
I see. [Let's try this again. He fills the bucket with wet sand this time, and it stays where he put it.]
[Success!]

This space in here would be the courtyard. I spent a lot of time there.

[He looks at the layout. It seems so much less complex and horrific than Ganondorf's citadel. Plain, almost.]
Was it beautiful?
no subject
[She smiles.]
I will rebuild it.

[She doesn't want to just leave Link and Sheik here, but she has to go back.]

[That makes her reach for Sheik's hand. She doesn't want to forget that he's here and he's okay when she has to go back to Hyrule.]

[She pauses. Would he even accept that?]
Do you think that if you held the Triforce, you would be... alright? Would it keep you stable?
no subject
[He glances away.] I seem to be stable enough. I have my own form. My own body. That is more than I ever had.

You should take care of it, then. You're so thin! Your pants shouldn't be tight on me, you know. Look, there's some food over there - let's go get some!

Are you supposed to put all these things on?
