One I.P.D. Queen, served up BERSERK.

Who: Cloche, anyone who volunteered here and here, if they're still interested, and anyone else!
What: Cloche going I.P.D. Positive, catching things on fire, and not recognizing her friends.
When: Today, after the power cap has lifted.
Where: Not quite in town, on the path from CH5, near the bridge.
Summary: FIGHTING HAPPENS, Cloche gets ultimately knocked out by Rin. THREADJACK IF YOU WANT FOR GREAT JUSTICE.
Rating: Fighting, so probably PG-13. Nothing terrible. Maybe a magical orbital laser. Nothing too terrible.


The day that the refugees left was a hard one. Most of the I.P.Ds that had been withing Luceti's confines for the week had not wanted to willingly leave the idol of their fan club, and most had to be forcibly taken away from Cloche. They had been angry. They had been very angry. Even with Cloche there to try to calm them down, to tell them that she would be fine and that she would see them back in Metafalss when they all returned, some of it had been a success, the rest... not so much. The day before, with the fire that had broken out had riled up some distress among the Metafalssians, and it had left a negative feeling on them and on Cloche as well. It really hadn't helped with the next day and them all leaving.

As the day wore on, Cloche found herself feeling increasingly sick to her stomach, feverish, and dizzy. Something wasn't right. The backwash of negative feelings was a feeling she hadn't felt in a very long time, and it hit her mind like a wreaking ball. In an instant, Cloche fell to her knees, feeling the anger, the hate, the sadness, all of it welling up inside her. A burst of red Song Magic flew from her, all of the negativity releasing itself in the highest form of red magic she knew: a phoenix. It flew up toward the barrier, but not before sending the trees and foliage around her alight.

Anyone unlucky enough to encounter her after this would be in for a surprise. Cloche began to mutter to herself, words that she wouldn't be murmuring like this for any other reason. "Hate. Sadness... I hate everyone... they all need to die... all of them need to die...!" It would be these words that would keep her from recognizing anyone, nor listen to them.


[ooc; Cloche is currently in berserker mode; her magic will be sung a lot faster than she would normally sing it. This means that high-powered magic (at least for Luceti) will be done a lot faster than normal and it'll be flung around a lot. Replekia will most likely be activated. She'll be fighting with physical attacks as well. Depending on your preference, there may or may not be some angered animals around who will fight with her. A fight with a level 9 IPD (the same as Cloche) can be seen here, just so you can see what your character might be in for.

Wh-wha-?!

[Hiro just barely manages to dive out of the way in time.]

Hey, you're... Cloche, right? Why are you doing this?

[implanta]

It hurts... no more...! [After a moment of what looks to be an internal struggle, Cloche will level her eyes on him, and rush toward him, intention to strike him pretty obvious with the way her hands are pulling back into fists.]

Wh-what hurts- hey! [It's too late for Hiro to dodge this one. He puts his arms up to block the hit from hitting his face- never mind that the impact is still gonna hurt.]

[implanta]

[The attack barrage is nothing more than punches, and luckily it doesn't last for long. She'll stop after a few hits, backing up to begin to sing again, upping her magic as she does so.] I don't want this... I want it to end...

[everyonesconfidant]

[Ouch! At least one of those is gonna leave a nasty bruise. Hiro recoils a bit, but once he sees she's backing off...] What do you mean, "you want this to end?" Just stop attacking and I'll help you! [Just in case he needs to attack to shake her off, he pulls out his cell phone. Don't want to end up with any more bruises or worse...]

[implanta]

[Unfortunately for him, there is no stopping.]

No.. no...! I can't...!

[She'll begin singing again, for more fire magic.]

[everyonesconfidant]

You can't stop...? [Looks like he has no choice but to incapacitate her for the time being. He pushes a button on his cell phone, and a three-pronged pillar of ice fires at Cloche. He manages to avoid the fire magic for now...] Come on, Cloche! Come to your senses!

[implanta]

[Whether it hits her or not won't matter to Cloche. She'll continue singing, even if it hurts her. The attack will make her falter enough to stagger the singing.

After a moment, she'll begin to sing again.]

No... no...! I hate you! I hate this place!

[everyonesconfidant]

What? That didn't do anything? [He fires one more pillar of ice, like that'll make any more difference than the first one did.] Cloche, please! [He's running out of things to say... he's good at calming people down, but supernatural temper tantrums are... special.]

[It breaks her song... but once she shakes it off, she'll pause. Her bleeding makes no difference. Her mind is trying to process what to do next in the ways of how to attack. How to make it stop.

Once an idea hits, she'll rush him again, the attempt to hit him once more the best idea in her mind. If she keeps it up, he can't attack her, but... she has no physical stamina for it.]

No!

[everyonesconfidant]

Y-you're bleeding! [Crap, maybe he overdid it a bit... he raises his arms to block the oncoming hit.]

[implanta]

[Cloche stops for the moment, backing up and holding her head. The pressure felt like it was building up too much. Everyone's feelings that were causing her to do this were confusing now.

I'm scared! I hate them all! It's too much! I'm lonely, won't someone help me?]

...lp me. Help me...!

[Another surge of emotion comes out of her in the form of magic; this time it's an electrical surge that seemingly comes from her. After, she'll be standing there, still repeating 'help me' and holding her head.]

[Hiro manages to dodge the surge for now, albeit narrowly.] Alright, Cloche... just let it out! [He can't really help her without getting close to her, and that means getting fried.]

[Oh she'll let out her emotions all right! She'll start singing again, full speed, trying to decide who to hit now. Her song might falter a little, however.]</small

[Hiro braces himself for another blow, unsure of what to do next. He can't really keep attacking her, lest she get too injured. He pushes a few buttons on his cell phone and triggers Makarakarn, a spell that reflects magic back at the attacker. Maybe the reflected magic will miss her...]

[implanta]

[It will reflect, though it's now in short bursts. It's not too powerful, and most of it breezes past her with no issues. Whether or not he keeps up the Makarakarn is up to him, but with how crazy she is with the magic right now...]

[everyonesconfidant]

[The Makarakarn shield disappears after a few hits, as it's supposed to. Hiro triggers it one more time, hoping he can tire her out eventually.]

[implanta]

[Between her fighting with Hiro, Kain, Adell, Dash, and Rin, it's definitely taking a toll on her. She may send off one more magical attack before going after Rin. But that would be where it stopped. For now, Cloche's emotion-induced rage had been quieted.]
