Who: Any and all spellcasters, magic-users, magically-inclined individuals, and anybody otherwise interested in discussing or learning about magic.
What: Luceti's first magic group except that other one a long time ago.
When: The afternoon of the 4th, around 2 PM
Where: The beach.
Summary: So a bunch of spellcasters walk into a bar beach.
Rating: M for Magic! Otherwise keep it clean folks, there are chilluns about.

Harry Dresden has been talking to people for a few months now about getting a group of magically-inclined villagers together to discuss magic and work on magical projects, and now the day has finally arrived for the first meeting of this as-yet-unnamed magic group. Come on over and share what you've got!

(Minor refreshments will be provided, but he's not bringing an entire meal, and you wouldn't want it even if he did.)

[Lupin, for his part, can't even say how it was that he arrived at the beach in time for this meeting--but he's not complaining. Frustrated and tired as he is, this is his first real social gathering since the Tanabata. It was the people, more than anything, that drew his attention.

That wasn't to say that he wasn't curious. Though he's lacking a note pad (and shoes, go figure), he will be observing everything that goes down at this meeting. Some of it might be useful for later.]
