[Green is going to have all three of his Pokémon out, keeping a close eye on the territory. Green himself is regularly checking up on those in the campsite, when night falls.

The truly astonishing thing for Green, during this whole trip...?


He never trains once.

Most of what he spends free time doing is reading, taking notes, or just absentmindedly writing... something. "Dear Grandfather"?]

[So everyone else is off doing other things, and it's just Green and Silver sitting at camp with paper, pencils, notes, and books.

The awkward silence is definitely looming in the air. Sneasel tries to just sit and relax by Silver's side, but he can't help but periodically look over at one of the two of them.

Sure is nice and calm and fun over here.]

[Just... don't think about it! Just sit and keep writing notes, focus on your reading.

Charizard is also out, right now, watching his trainer and exchanging awkward glances with Sneasel.

Eventually, Charizard lets out a concerned bellow.]

[Feraligatr and Murkrow are out, but they're not relaxing within an immediate distance of Silver. Regardless, Silver shifts his attention from what he's reading to Green, then Charizard when he speaks. What's up with Charizard?]

[Charizard just sort of... awkwardly glances between Green and Silver.]

...Don't worry about it. There's nothing wrong.

[Quietly... patting Charizard's tummy, to ease the dragon's worries.]

[...Oh. He's nervous. If Charizard looks over in his direction, he'll give him a small, reassuring smile before burying his face back in his book.]

[Charizard kind of nudges Green's shoulder, and he siiiighs...]
