Loki has made it his job to make sure that everyone has received this invitation. On the back of the card the following his been written:

Direst news, citizens of The Village!

On the Fifteenth of January there will be the great jollification of my day of birth. This is the one chance to bestow me with many gifts! Of course there will great cake-pie and shaken milk.
