While Xigbar had managed to get into the Kaiser's post from earlier, he hadn't really managed to figure out where. Consequently, it was only by sheer dumb luck that he was anywhere near the right place and only his inherent echolocation that let him warp out of the way in time to avoid the vomit.

Which was interesting enough in it's own right, Xigbar glancing up to find the open window. So maybe it was a side trip, but not like he minded, warping up near it only moments later.
