Mass-Interaction in Desset

Who: Draftees.
What: FIGHT FOR YOUR LIVES... or wander around. idfk.
When: Anytime this week.
Where: Desset City
Summary: Mass-interaction post in the city for the poor souls who've been drafted.
Rating: Anywhere from PG to R.

[With permission from the mods, I've gone ahead and put up this... post... for everyone who was interested in actually threading in the city. You can either prose or write in first-person; totally up to you. Actually threading a fight with the Third Party is also optional. Just keep in mind that if you do you'll have to be the one controlling the enemy's actions and whatnot. If you're not sure how to go about that, just remember the information they've provided us with. They're not very tough, but if you still need an idea with how they fight, just read up on this a bit. Please do remember that the enemies we're fighting are weaker compared to the ones previously fought, though. |D;

But yeah. Mass-interaction, guys. YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO.]

[He understands Ted's suggestion; preparing another spell at this point would put them right in the danger zone, with the soldiers closing in. At this point, there are risks to both retreating and holding their ground. If he leaves Ted now, there is no telling whether he will safely get away; if they both stay, they would quickly lose the advantage of distance, and then he would be stuck in a melee situation he was hardly prepared for.

Albert takes a few steps away from Ted, listening as there's a grunt from one soldier after being hit by that second arrow. Once there is a little distance, he brings his two fingers to his lips and whistles sharply for that damn owl.]

[The whistle surprises Ted for a moment, but he quickly ignores it in favor of trying to get these guys to stop heading towards them. That last one he shot was getting up again (Did he miss a vital part? The light wasn't enough.), and his companion was certainly not wasting time trying to get to them. He'll just keep shooting at them for now, focusing more on slowly them down and, if he had to, stopping them permanently.]

[The seconds tick by all too slowly, and Albert reaches into his bag again to look for that fire scroll. It was taking too long, and they were losing ground quickly. Even if Ted was an excellent shot, the darkness hampered accuracy and the ability to strike vitals.

Fortunately, there was a sudden rustle and rush of wind, and Albert could see one soldier's light smack into the ground abruptly. The giant owl had quite literally landed on one of the cultists.]

[...... wtf owl.

Well, that was rather distracting, though helpful. In fact, actually, it was good timing because those guys are starting to be more trouble than anything else.]

[The other soldier is stumbling around in surprise, clearly having expected the attack as much as Ted had been.]

Focus, Ted.

[The owl seemed to be too interested in preening itself on top of the cultist to attack the other one.]
