SPECIAL NOTE!! - Since this didn't come up before (but should have, my bad), there are actually a minimum of 400 Third Party soldiers in each area as opposed to in total. This means there are 1200 of them over all.

If I had any nerves to speak of, I think they'd be frayed to the ends after having this discussion over and over again. [He's trying to end this on a pleasant note, but it's hard when he's as worried as he is.]
