SPECIAL NOTE!! - Since this didn't come up before (but should have, my bad), there are actually a minimum of 400 Third Party soldiers in each area as opposed to in total. This means there are 1200 of them over all.

This is true. Although it is a mark of someone's ability if they are able to hit the kill spots every time.
