SPECIAL NOTE!! - Since this didn't come up before (but should have, my bad), there are actually a minimum of 400 Third Party soldiers in each area as opposed to in total. This means there are 1200 of them over all.

I do, as a matter of fact! [Serious face now - but he has no face. Skull joke.] As I was saying just before your brother arrived, I am in charge of leading this team. I am not one to give strict orders, but I do have certain expectations nonetheless.

I imagined it would be best to tell you all of this now, rather than wait until we're actually out there. I will need to be able to rely on the both of you, after all.

Though if there is any way for me to earn some small measure of your respect before we go out there, I am willing to do my best to do it.

Raph, are you willfully misunderstanding the situation here? We're not asking for a notarized itinerary of your battle plan. We're just asking you to keep in contact with the team leader so he knows where everyone is and can direct us accordingly.

[A tip of the hat.] It was no trouble at all! I don't plan on keeping either of you for much longer, really. There are a few others I need to get in contact with soon.

I think we all understand. [A subtle but pointed look at Raph.] Is there anything you can tell us beforehand, about how you're planning to handle things out there?

I'm waiting until I have had the opportunity to meet with everyone before I make any concise decisions. And even then a lot of it will depend on the strength of the Third Party members that we will be fighting.

For now, upon arrival I hope for us to stick relatively close together, until I have that first-hand judgement of their abilities. After that, we canpossibly break up into smaller cells to combat them - though I still would like us to remain near enough to help one another. I'm told to expect about 1400 individuals, and even as capable as everyone seems to be that leaves too many chances for us to be outnumbered, even together. As I said, a lot of this will depend on what I see when we actually set foot on the battlefield.

[That sounds like a rational, level-headed proto-plan to him. It also seems like the kind of loose, flexible oversight that Raph can work under without feeling smothered.

Don glances at Raph again, to see him listening with surly acceptance.]

Those are steep odds. We'll have to be careful.
