What: Killing Third Party members and taking names

Summary: Mass-interaction for those out on the battlefield. Feel free to make team threads along with individual ones or however you wish. Action tags are fine here along with prose. For those plotting mischief, this is the place to do it.
Rating: R for the likely violence since killing will most definitely happen, but this is more for interactions during the battles.

[And early on the 26th everyone gets sent out. Thanks to Caesar's organization, most everyone has been placed in groups, even if some people plan on leaving their groups at some point. Check out this post for the details. If you haven't posted to this post and want your character on a team, please do so.]

Special note: Ignore the comments that said there would be 400, that has been retconned and we were told 1200 Third Party members from the start. Enjoy killing them off and taking names.

Special note 2: I asked Akai if any of the Third Party will be coming and dealing with their incapacitated allies, and they will. So assume that unless something is done to prevent this, those injured Third Party members may come back later healed and ready to attack again (though possibly not as effectively).

Third Day - Evening - Locked to Brook and Chopper

[It's been a relatively uneventful first two days, Brook knows. Even with all of the fighting they've done, they haven't had much combat considering how many Third Party members he was told to expect, and he's grateful for it. Nothing to worry about for now then. He can get some sleep.

Except he knows he probably won't. Too many strange dreams -no they were real- have been keeping him up. He's always had strange sleeping habits, so he's getting enough rest to function throughout the battles and keep a watch on everyone. Just not enough to have the energy for much else.

Brook munches on some peanuts, watching Chopper make his rounds patching up the others' scrapes for the day.]

[It doesn't take long; soon enough he's finished with everyone except Brook, whom he pads over to while pulling the stethoscope from his ears. There's a clipboard and pencil in his hooves, a pack half-spilling over with medical equipment on his back, and a half-hearted grin on his face. Talking to Brook is difficult when there's nothing to distract him otherwise.]

[Glance down at his bag of peanuts.] Of course. May I continue snacking while you conduct it?

[If his mouth is full he can't be expected to make small talk with the little doctor, right?]

[Sigh. But amazingly he doesn't argue; he doesn't say much of anything really - not even a comment about how naked he feels without his jacket on (which he does).]

[Brook's physiology is still a mess of blanks and maybes in Chopper's mind - how do you treat a walking skeleton that still eats, breathes, and sleeps? - but tonight, the reindeer can easily tell that something is wrong. The bones are duller, feel just a bit more brittle to the touch. There are creaks in the air that should not exist.]

Have you been sleeping? [Because he knows you've been eating.]

Off and on, as I tend to do. [And because he knows Chopper will persist until he's at least a little more clear on the subject:] I'm getting enough rest to get by.

[He's more stubborn than usual tonight, but too tired to argue. That might get the attention of the others if he does. So he says nothing.]

[His hands clench in his lap. Voice low:] I already told you that I'm fit enough to fight - it hasn't even been of the slightest issue. So why should it matter?

Because I'm worried! [It's out of his mouth before he can control it. He stops, breathes, and tries again.] I - I haven't been able to find anything even though I promised you, and I thought - since you seemed okay, that maybe it just...went away...

...but it's still there, isn't it?

[This is the conversation that he's been trying to avoid, and he can't disguise the small flinch as it's brought to the surface.]

It did go away. I haven't had any hallucinations or... it's been at least a week by this point. So you don't have to worry anymore, I promise. [He doesn't lie about those.]
