What: Killing Third Party members and taking names

Summary: Mass-interaction for those out on the battlefield. Feel free to make team threads along with individual ones or however you wish. Action tags are fine here along with prose. For those plotting mischief, this is the place to do it.
Rating: R for the likely violence since killing will most definitely happen, but this is more for interactions during the battles.

[And early on the 26th everyone gets sent out. Thanks to Caesar's organization, most everyone has been placed in groups, even if some people plan on leaving their groups at some point. Check out this post for the details. If you haven't posted to this post and want your character on a team, please do so.]

Special note: Ignore the comments that said there would be 400, that has been retconned and we were told 1200 Third Party members from the start. Enjoy killing them off and taking names.

Special note 2: I asked Akai if any of the Third Party will be coming and dealing with their incapacitated allies, and they will. So assume that unless something is done to prevent this, those injured Third Party members may come back later healed and ready to attack again (though possibly not as effectively).

Let's have a look. [As he heads toward the building looking for an entry point, Shadow keeps alert, ready to draw a dagger or shuriken on any threats they should find. But his instincts still tell him they're probably in the clear for now.]

[The building looks pretty damn abandoned. Don opts to try the front door, and discovers it's barely even latched.

The inside is a wreck. It seems like someone left in a hurry - knocking things over in their haste, maybe even smashing things on purpose to keep them out of someone else's hands. It's obvious, though, that this equipment was pretty impressive when it was functional.]

Wow...

[He moves into one of the rooms, inspecting some of the machines. He can't even guess what they're for.]

Know anything about technology, Shadow?

[Shadow looks at what's left of the equipment. He's reminded distinctly of the Empire and their Magitek. Although none of this exactly resembles any of their technology, so it's hard to say for sure. He glances at what's nearby, trying to figure out what it must do.]

In my experience, the most powerful technology always falls into the wrong hands. [Evil empires, crazy Malnosso scientists...] I've got no idea what purpose any of this serves.

[He'll see that evil empire and raise you a government agent and an Utrom overlord.]

Me neither. [And in the spirit of Finding Out, he'll start prying off panels on some of the machines, and diving into their guts. The components don't make any more sense to him than the exteriors.] I've never seen anything like it. [Putting pieces of this fascinating tech in our bag? YES WE ARE.]

Know anyone here who'd be able to identify it? [Shadow takes a look around and picks up various pieces of equipment when they interest him. Though he's less interested in taking things that aren't weapons. Still, if they can figure out what any of this does...]

[With a rueful look.] That's usually my job. But, as they say, we aren't in Kansas anymore.

[He withdraws from the machinery and zips up his bag.] I'll ask around back at base. Anything else you want to do here?

[Shadow keeps looking around for something of use to salvage, but for the most part, it's less interesting to him. Definitely was worth getting an idea of what's there, at least. ]

I don't think so. Looks like we're done in here.

[Don retraces his steps out of the building, purposely kicking up dust to cover his tracks.]

So, what's the news from Team B?

[Shadow moves along quickly, keeping alert and focused.]

Good progress so far. A few encounters, no casualties on our side. [And at this point, Shadow has yet to find out about the stubborn pacifists on his team.] If thing keep going like this, I don't see any major problems. How's your team holding up?

They're a good group. There's been some skirmishing but no major injuries. I think we might get through this without any losses.

A good sign for a war on this scale. Though it's not over yet.

[Not by a long shot.] I've got to get back, Shadow. Safe travels.

I'll be around. [Since it's likely with their Team's proximities that they'll have a few more run-ins over the week.] Same to you.
