Summary: HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE TRAUMA. FREE FOR ALL IN THE SCARRING EXPERIENCES DEPARTMENT.
Rating: Gosh. I'm not sure. However, I suggest you hide your little'uns.

Basically, the purpose of this log is TRAUMA SPAM. If you didn't want to spam your flist with extra posts, or you wanted to post with more than one character -- or more than one character more than once! -- here is your place to be.

This will be a commentspam style log where you can thread start with your character hallucinating things. Whatever you wish it to be! It can even just be a more general thread start where they're not hallucinating anything -- yet. And each thread can get treated like a post, where that character's CR can react to the trauma going down!

If you still wish to actually post in your character's journal, you're of course totally allowed to do so. This is just here for funtiems and convenience for everyone who wanted a greater chance to post during this event! Feel free to use it anytime over the next few days, through Halloween, to do "posts" and threads with your characters.

[Isamu takes a few deep breaths, feeling much better now that he's in company.

He finally lets out a chuckle.] Are we... are we just gonna sit here for a few hours, then?

[Richard's answering laugh is strained but genuine as he gives Naoki's hand a soft squeeze.]

I certainly have no objections to that.

[Here a tiny smile flickers over Naoki's face and he shrugs his shoulders lightly without releasing either of their hands.]

I don't, either. Unless you have an appointment or something to keep, Isamu? [Trying to tease a little bit, now.]

Nah, I'll call off the dentist one. My teeth can survive a bit longer without fillings. [His voice is shaky, but he's trying.]

[Richard's own voice is slightly shaky as well, though he too tries to hide it.]

[It's hard on the two of them, that much Naoki can tell, even if Richard's trying to hide it. Maybe he's used to seeing the things he's glimpsed already in his nightmares so he can push it back--and concentrate on keeping an eye out for them.]

There're worse people than us to be stuck with, at least.

[He rubs at the bridge of his nose, closing his eyes.] The hell is all this, man...?

An experiment, most likely... which means it will last for a few more days, if the previous experiments we've had are any indication.

[There's a grim note to his voice as he says this, because he's honestly not sure he'll be able to stand a few more days of these horrible visions.]

It's only a couple more days. As long as we stick together like this, it won't be as bad...

He keeps his eyes closed. If he can't see anything he can't hallucinate, right?]

[Richard's expression softens out into one of concern rather than fear. Isamu seems to be the worst off out of the three of them, at least so far...

Quietly he reaches his other hand over to find Isamu's free hand and give it a squeeze.]

We promised, didn't we? No matter what happens.

[Naoki gives Richard a little smile before turning his eyes back to his friend with a firm nod.]

Right? So don't expect us to leave you alone.

[And, with a flash of somewhat wry humour, can't help but think that Isamu's going to be sick of them whenever this experiment decides to end.]

[Man, his humor's falling flat today. He needs to work on that.]

[A somewhat weak little smile and nod from Naoki as he just quietly reaffirms his grip on both of their hands.]

Even so, we should try to keep our routines as normal as possible. These visions are only going to get worse if we don't eat or sleep properly.

[You guys are gonna have to explain what that is to him. Princes are not exactly allowed to build sofa forts in the castle.]

[Blink. Oh yeah, he keeps forgetting Richard grew up in a palace.]

Oh, it's...kinda turns out like a tent. You usually take off and use sofa cushions and blankets and drape a blanket over them.

We had more than enough furniture, but I wasn't exactly permitted to use it for something like that.
