Summary: HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE TRAUMA. FREE FOR ALL IN THE SCARRING EXPERIENCES DEPARTMENT.
Rating: Gosh. I'm not sure. However, I suggest you hide your little'uns.

Basically, the purpose of this log is TRAUMA SPAM. If you didn't want to spam your flist with extra posts, or you wanted to post with more than one character -- or more than one character more than once! -- here is your place to be.

This will be a commentspam style log where you can thread start with your character hallucinating things. Whatever you wish it to be! It can even just be a more general thread start where they're not hallucinating anything -- yet. And each thread can get treated like a post, where that character's CR can react to the trauma going down!

If you still wish to actually post in your character's journal, you're of course totally allowed to do so. This is just here for funtiems and convenience for everyone who wanted a greater chance to post during this event! Feel free to use it anytime over the next few days, through Halloween, to do "posts" and threads with your characters.

... [ she nods, recognizing the truth and glad to hear it. she always has thought it's better to be honest about a thing than sugarcoat it. ]

I guess it'll be like this until Halloween. All of this scary stuff... Halloween is supposed to be a scary holiday, right? I'm hoping all of this will end when the holiday does... Just a few more days.

Halloween isn't supposed to be scary. Not like this.

Back home, it's actually supposed to be a good holiday. The one night of the year when everything is peaceful.

... peaceful? [ she blinks at him ] I read that it could be a fun holiday, but spooky too... I never heard peaceful.

It never works out that way, of course. But that's how it's supposed to be. We have a lot of monsters back home, you see, and Halloween is the one night when they don't go out at all.

... that's kind of funny ... I thought it'd be the opposite. [ she can't help but smile a little, though it's a tired expression. ] Maybe if we're lucky, Halloween itself will turn out that way. Even just one day...

You would think so, yes. The best explanation I've been able to find is that they think Halloween is tacky as well and can't bear to be seen outside on that day.

Maybe if we're lucky. [But he doesn't sound too hopeful] Honestly, I'm starting to prefer the idea of getting dragged to a ball by the droids over this.

Yes. According to those villagers who were here last year, the Organization decided to celebrate Halloween by having the droids forcibly drag everyone to a party.

... that doesn't sound too fun. [ small frown. ] Though it does sound better than this... Anything might be better than all of this.

Precisely. And they were allowed the chance to pick their costumes before getting forced into something by the droids.
