Homura has been resisting the temptation to simply walk in, instead leaning against the doorframe to the house with his arms crossed over his chest while Ayumu presumably speaks with Okita. Despite his eyes being closed, he is aware of her presence when she finally starts to return, the corners of his mouth turning upward slightly.
