[The morning came much like any others, the sun inauspiciously shining in through Adell's window.  He was still in bed, asleep, resting happily and calmly.  Though he wasn't alone...]

[Unfortunately Luka, you're not gonna get the time you need. When Charle lets go and shifts her weight in the bed, it's enough to wake him up the rest of the way. After all, the bed's not too big, so shifts in weight aren't easily disguised.

Adell sits up some and yawns briefly, rubbing sleep out of his eyes. Blearily, he looks to where the pillow in the bed was planted and thought it strange immediately.

And that's when he notices the leash tied to the bedpost, and it curling down below. Why the hell is it moving like that? So he looks over the side of his bed.]
