Who: Everyone!
What: New Feather Party
When: Saturday Evening
Where: Rec Centre
Summary: Come one, come all! It's time for this cycle's New Feather Party!
Rating: PG -- to be changed in case of drunken shenanigans! Which are encouraged but it's a BYOB kinda deal. XD

[ooc: Alright everybody, here's how it works! Comment spam is the name of the game here and yes, my inbox can handle it! First comment is for anyone who's volunteered to help out and there's a lots of people so Selphie has already split everybody up into groups. aka: feel free to make your own groups. After that, there's just going to be general partyness going on! Threadjacking is more than encounraged (hell, it's expected and demanded) and there you have it! The grumps can come btw, they just can't grump at the party! xD]

The party was all set up and ready to go. The food had been delivered, the rec centre was thoroughly decorated and cheerful with its spring colours and Selphie was just hanging around waiting for the guests to arrive. Her small army of helpers had been hard at work since the day before and it hardened the perky brunette's resolve to make this one of the best parties she's ever thrown. A small part of her wished that her other friends from home and those who had left this place could be here to enjoy the party with everyone here. Even then, a larger part of her knows that it's better that they're not here.

Regardless, Selphie goes about getting this latest New Feather party arranged with every ounce of cheer and assuring those new people that not every people associated with Luceti is crazy. Giving them a welcoming environment to get to know some of their fellow residents is better than wondering what's going to happen next. Besides, it could help those shy people make some friends or get over their anxieties about social gatherings. Overall, Selphie felt that these parties were worth the hard work and would do them as many times as necessary.

Don't worry, there's no harm done. I'm not about to sue you or anything. What are you in such a hurry for?

[Well, and the shackles, but probably best to go with one question at a time.]

[identity profile] justonename.livejournal.com 2011-03-21 05:57 pm (UTC)(link)
Sue me? What's that?

Ah, I was just playing around! Do you want to play? I have heard there are many fun games here but I can't play alone and I don't understand them.

[Bright smile, yes, this kid plays a bit recklessly.]

[identity profile] ufo-fanboy.livejournal.com 2011-03-22 07:19 am (UTC)(link)
[...Oh, why not, he IS really curious about him now after all.]

Sure, I'm down with seeing what kind of games are here.

[And he gestures at him.]

What's the idea with the shackles? Is that part of some game, too?

[identity profile] justonename.livejournal.com 2011-03-22 03:14 pm (UTC)(link)
Awesome!

Ah, those? [Goku raises his hands, the cut chains hanging from the shackles tingling lightly at the movement.] They are annoying, they get in my way and are cold and heavy. But I have to wear them, I think, they put them on me in the place I was before arriving here.

[identity profile] ufo-fanboy.livejournal.com 2011-03-23 04:55 am (UTC)(link)
You have to wear them? Are you sure? I mean... if they put you on them back where you came from, what's stopping you from taking them off here?

[...Though inwardly there's a stray thought, he's wondering if there is a good reason.]

[identity profile] justonename.livejournal.com 2011-03-24 02:32 pm (UTC)(link)
[Goku shows the shackles and how they seem to have no way to be opened.]

I can't take them off. I'm not sure why I have to wear them, maybe it's because of my eyes? I heard them talking about it or something like that when I was brought to Heavens. Something about punishment, but I wasn't punished, instead they had me go with Konzen to live with him.

He wasn't all that fun at first but he was still cool, even if always seemed annoyed and was a lazy bum. But I still liked it with him there. He gave me a name and all, you know? It's Goku, do you have a name?

[identity profile] ufo-fanboy.livejournal.com 2011-03-25 09:53 pm (UTC)(link)
[Mulder makes a face, not liking the sound of that punishment thing, and not liking that there's not much he can do... that doesn't mean he'll stop trying to think of something. Actually there's a lot of interest in what the kid just mentioned...]

It's good to meet you, Goku. My name is Fox Mulder- though I prefer to go by Mulder. That place you mentioned- Heavens?- is that the world you originally come from?

[identity profile] justonename.livejournal.com 2011-03-26 10:22 pm (UTC)(link)
Nice to meet you Mulder!

[That's okay, his full name is Son Goku too but he goes by Goku most of the time. Goku actually thinks a bit before shaking his head because "originally" he wasn't from the Heavens.]

At first I was on the summit of mount Kaka, in the world below Heavens, until I climbed down for it and found a village. I stayed there a bit before someone from the Heavens came and promised me food and brought me there. And I stayed there until my friends and me tried to escape from it back to the world below, but I ended here instead.

It's not that bad of a place, I like it here, so I hope my friends can arrive here soon too.

[identity profile] ufo-fanboy.livejournal.com 2011-03-27 02:36 am (UTC)(link)
I haven't been here long enough to judge the place too much, but it doesn't seem too bad... aside from what I hear about the experiments. So that place, 'Heavens' is literally above the world? In the sky?

[Like the heaven that's meant to exist somewhere up there where he's from. Interesting.]

Sorry for the late tag, back from hiatus now

[identity profile] justonename.livejournal.com 2011-04-07 02:21 pm (UTC)(link)
But the experiments are fun! I was a flying pork meatbun during one! Uhm... That's the only experiment I know about though.

[Because he didn't notice the Valentine's one, for good or bad he's naturally attached to Kohaku already.]

I dunno where it is exactly but everyone said that I was from the world below and Ken-niichan talked about going to the world below on missions and complicated stuff like that. So I suppose it's in the sky! Because there's nothing else up there, right?

no problem!

[identity profile] ufo-fanboy.livejournal.com 2011-04-09 01:36 am (UTC)(link)
It was fun to turn into a... meatbun? Really? [Mulder is trying to get that one through his head, it's a bit out there even for him.]

As for what's in the sky, who knows what might really be up there. There could be more than anyone realizes.

[identity profile] justonename.livejournal.com 2011-04-09 03:23 am (UTC)(link)
It was reaaaally cool! I could fly around the place! And I could still eat tons of meatbuns and food!

[Blinking for a second here. He certainly doesn't know what might really be up there so he understands.]

So maybe there is something even further above than Heavens? That's cool, I wonder how that place is, I hope it won't be as boring as Heavens.

[identity profile] ufo-fanboy.livejournal.com 2011-04-09 06:37 am (UTC)(link)
[It sounds like a completely bizarre experience and Mulder is unsure whether to be curious or disturbed. Like so many things in Luceti, it's both. He nods about the other part.]

There are other planets entirely, out there, and possibly other dimensions and universes that we know nothing about. This world we're in, for instance.

[identity profile] justonename.livejournal.com 2011-04-09 03:29 pm (UTC)(link)
What's a planet?

[And a universe for that matter, but he will go one question at a time.]

And there are many worlds, everyone here is from different worlds, right? So there are definitively tons of worlds.

[identity profile] ufo-fanboy.livejournal.com 2011-04-09 11:19 pm (UTC)(link)
That's right. There seem to be an infinite number of worlds out there, as far as I can tell. As for planets themselves... They're giant, usually sphere-shaped, and contain the 'world' that people live on. At least, that's how it works where I come from.

So we live in a sphere? That's cool! But I hope no one mistakes the planet with a ball to play, it would be bad if someone played with the planet that way, right?
