[OK. OK. Katara's mostly gotten the hang of this now. Landing is still a little tricky. But mostly? Aside from being completely cut off from her element... this. is still. awesome.

So Katara is flying all about during her free time, working on her landings, and still just generally loving her new wings. So she can be seen flying by the riverbanks, or flying into town to run some errands.

...there will also be a point where she just takes a seat by the fountain and dips her fingers in the water. Flying is great, but she feels somehow muted without being able to feel the water.]

[Vash was not amused much by his transformation. At least not until a strange sensation came over him and suddenly he found himself shooting out a donut! Yes, this octorok has had a bit of a tweaking done to it. Instead of shooting rocks, it shoots out donuts! The Malnosso must have a sick sense of humor though as Vash soon discovered that his new appendage was only good for spitting out, not eating.]

Aw man! What good is this if I can’t eat them! And they look so tasty too!

[Vash feels a strange desire to walk back and fourth in some of the clearings in the forest. He’ll spend most of his days there, sometimes wandering into town. Watch out for that jelly filled donut that may be flying at you. He's really sorry, he can't seem to control it sometimes.

Also there are piles of donuts everywhere. He’s stockpiling them until he can change back and eat them. His room is FILLED with them. All the day olds get pushed out his bedroom window in the morning. Who want’s day olds anyway when you can make fresh ones! Look out below!]

(ooc: I think I’ll be around to tag, but a warning that I may be slow. Real life decided to kick me pretty hard in the teeth this week so the muse has been coming and going. If I suddenly stop tagging I will pick it up again, I just may need a day or two.)

[Flying around town, she might notice Michael going about the day's business as well... though at least on his way to, if not back from the shops, he'll be running on all fours, blue, feline ears turned back and tail streaming out behind him. It seems he's slowly but surely coming to terms with his transformation for the week. Almost a shame there's only a few days of it left, eh?]

[Katara notices it, but from her angle she can't see his face. All the same, he'll probably be in the general area when she comes in for a hesistant landing in the square.]

[BAMF! Rogue glances around, taking in the forest surroundings - much less embarrassing to learn things like 'walking' where no one can see.

[Charlotte's change is somewhat more subtle than some other people's, but it still distinct enough. Little fangs, pointed ears... but the most telling is a little demonic tail. Either way though, she's trying to go about her usual day and light. She's much stronger and such and might have some powers she has yet to explore but... well, you get the idea.

Feel free to run into her anywhere. Perhaps she's just getting groceries or food. Perhaps she's decided to try punching things at the barracks to test out her power, or maybe she's just taking a long walk to any and all corners of the village. She has a lot to think about but the point is that she will deff. have time for friends and other people besides]

[There's a sky bison soaring towards the riverbank. That heavy winter coat is mostly gone by now, though some tufts of fur still drift down. In need of a break after flying around and flying friends around, Terra moves to descend.]

[Miyabi had found that being a kitsune - or at least the human-esque version - was not as fun as she imagined. However, to save her back from withering in agony, the little painter decided today she'd stick to the fox form. Not too many of the local wildlife preyed on foxes, after all.

It was while she was curled up and sleeping in a nice, shady spot that she heard something pass by. Eh, probably just a squirrel or something. ...That was the moment something hit her, and Miyabi made a startled noise, the red leaf on her head falling to her nose (it'll be back on her head like magic in just a second).]

HEY, WHO THREW--... [Oh my god, that smells delicious. Chowing down now, yup. BUT WAIT. Who threw food at her?!]

[Wooosh, Katara is flying towards the descending bison now.] Appa, is that you?

Huh, is someone there? [Vash pauses in his patrolling pacing to peer around where he had shot off his last donut.]

[Dhaos is currently flying around town poking random plants and watching people. Hearing the animals talk was a little strange, but when the plants start speaking up, things get extremely weird. He is definitely not amused by his current form, but at least no one can recognize him like this. And being little can be convenient sometimes.

Of course, just because no one recognizes him doesn't mean he can't be bothered. Clearly someone must come and give him a hug.]

[ caroline hadn't been too keen on the idea of being a witch, surprised to find herself actually missing the vampire parts of herself, but she's slowly warming up to the idea. being able to drop damon to the ground with a mere thought may or may not have something to do with that. there's something satisfying (if not a bit twisted) about being able to inflict pain upon someone who used to hurt you and push you around. having the upper hand for a change was nice. maybe being stuck like this for a while wouldn't be so bad after all.

she should probably watch where she's going, though, for she's about to collide with someone as she steps out of one of the shops. ]

[Because Cheyenne now knows that in this form, she's capable of hugging living creatures without the whole evil-powers-stealing-away-all-happiness thing. And while she generally prefers stuffed bears, Dhaos the Bunny looks rather soft and huggable...]

An angry fox spirit! [...Well this was half true. She was a fox spirit, but she wasn't too upset, that donut was delicious. The voice, however, sounds very familiar, but where is it coming from? Miyabi raises her head, and flicks her heads toward the sound, going over to investigate.]

Miyabi? Is that you? [The octopus creature squints his eyes.] Are you on the fox? I don't see you. [Man, his eyes were so much better in his other body.]

[For the later few days of the experiment, Raine has been finding herself a bit more cautious and skittery around others, after a few incidents earlier in the week. More comfortable with her situation, at least--she knows that she can't very well throw it away.

She's been using her 'human' form in the village while she takes care of her errands, looking like herself and yet with softer features and longer, more wavy hair, favoring sheer dresses with colors of the sea, and keeping close about her an odd, slightly speckled cloak that's a similar shade of her hair. Careful never to linger too long, unless she's caught in conversation during her browsing. Trips to the library were included, with books on raising octopuses and creatures from other worlds. What one has to do with the other is anyone's guess.

Except she will linger over bridges, and wander over the banks of the stream... and then perhaps change to another, strangely more comfortable form, closer to dusk. Never quite staying out too late, but enough, at times.]
