Can't stay long... Lym. Promised I'd - [ He pauses mid sentence. Did he really want Lym to see him like this? He'd promised to come back safe and he probably looked like hell.] Ok.

[ Lym? --Right, his sister. Whatever he had promised (and Tir had a good idea what), he was glad that Frey was agreeing. ]

You can contact her in the morning, too... You should at least stay here for the night.

Thank you. I owe you one. [He needed to get cleaned up and at least try to hide some of these wounds before he saw her. This was not the ideal first month back with her he'd hoped for.]

Don't worry about it. [ The door to the apartment is opened with Tir's free hand and left open while Frey gets pulled to the couch. The apartment is sparsely decorated, with neither Tir nor Viki bothering to add any personal touches yet.

Frey will get to look at it for a while as Tir leaves him to get some medical supplies. As if Tir wasn't going to have any when there was supposedly a war going on. ] I'll be back in a second. Wait here.

[Frey won't even bother to respond, he's just going to slump into the couch, grateful for the comfort of something soft to rest on for his achy body. Hope you don't mind a bit of mud or blood on it. Mud kind of happens when you get drenched to the bone while fighting.

the apartment might be plain, but Frey didn't mind one bit.]

[ Tir returns a few minutes later with a things to clean off Frey's wounds and a pair of Tir's clothes along with the usual bandages and medicine.

He takes just a moment to close the door again and turn on a light before kneeling before Frey and and helping him out of his clothes. He can't very well take care of anything if he can't see it. ]

[Frey doesn't resist being helped to remove his clothes at all, just grateful to get out of them. the wounds are pretty extensive: besides the usual small cuts, scraps and brusies, there's a long slash over his chest, luckily not too deep, that overlays a few rather nasty scars that have whitened with time.

Several other gashes are on his arms, though they're half closed by healing magic. Theres a deep cut in his side, also healed a bit already by magic but the obvious source of most of the blood, even if it's started to clot by now. Too much movement made it diffcult to keep closed with magic.]

[ The sight of the gashes over his body, semi-healed or not, makes Tir grimace. The sight of blood and wounds isn't foreign to Tir, but he's far from a doctor who often looks at other's injuries like this. There's a hint of hesitation as he focuses on Frey's wounds to first clean them with a rag.

Part of him wants to know what happened during that "war" with Frey to give him injuries and drench him like this. The healed scars are hardly a concern to Tir; he knows Frey had been in an actual war before. ]

I can do it, if you want. [Actually, this might get awkward quickly, considering they didn't know each other well at all. He holds out his hands for the rag, quite ready to do it himself if Tir didn't want to. He was tired, but he could tend to himself even if his hands were a bit shakey. He really couldn't blame the other boy for hesitating.]

[ Tir shakes his head anyway. ] I can do it... You need to rest as much as you can get now. [ He feels a need to prove himself saying that and begins to clean him more thoroughly. ]

[Frey just sits there, letting him clean the wounds. Even with how awkward it was, Frey was a little too tired to bother protesting.]

I am sorry for all this. I should be taking care of myself or have gone to the clinic.

I'll keep that in mind when Viki wakes up again. For now, let me at least get you cleaned up...

[ With one wound cleaned, he applies some medicine to it to help it along. He decided he should just do this one at a time. ]

Alright.

[Frey's just going to wait and let Tyr work, although he's also realizing that he's probably going to fall asleep as soon as this is finished, if not before that.]

[ TIR WILL WORK SILENTLY BECAUSE THERE'S NOT MUCH TO SAY WITHOUT THIS BEING WEIRD. It feels strange to talk during this. He'll just be bandaging Frey up here. ]

[And Frey will continue to wait, his eyes starting to droop a bit as he sits there.]

[ Tir notices and thinks of telling him to not fall asleep, but he thinks Frey probably deserves any rest he can get. He only spares a glance up to Frey's face before returning to the task at hand. He's nearly done anyway. ]

[That's good, because Frey's slumping forward in place as Tyr continues to work, his eyes closing.]

... [ He finishes treating one last wound before pulling away. There were still smaller injuries he could bandage, but he didn't want to keep the other boy longer than necessary. He tries to nudge him into a night shirt, sure that the feel of being dressed would wake him up. ]

[Frey blinks awake from nearly dozing off, slightly embarassed by how tired he is.

Smiling awkwardly, he'll reach for the nightshirt.] I cn dress myself.

[ And Tir releases it for Frey to take and starts cleaning up the mess on his floor. ] There are trousers, too, but I'll let you put them on later...

Thanks. [Frey slowly and carefully gets dressed, taking care not to stretch any of the newly bandaged areas too much.]

[ Tir lets him and looks away, focusing instead on getting the supplies away. ]

[Frey will finish dressing in the meanwhile, then go to fold his dirty, admittedly trash worthy, clothing. He... really doesn't have much to say. Then again- ] The journals might be a bit loud the next few days, as a warning. Or perhaps not.

Thanks. I'll be sure to keep it closed at night.

[ He stands up when it seems like Frey is finished and offers his arm out to him. ] Let's get to your room...

[Frey can walk on his own, he's sure, but Tyr did offer so he'll take his hand.] Thanks.
