I don't see a reason to agitate Saphir. Especially if Jade has already seen to you, at least somewhat.

[For a silent moment Nephry just looks at him.

He is injured and though she knows he's not telling her the whole story, she has no business keeping him up and interrogating and worrying him like this.

Nephry closes her eyes and takes a long breath.]

Just sleep, Ion. I'll try to talk to Saphir in the morning.

[To say Ion looks relieved would be an understatement.]

[If he's not lying down already she's about to make him do it, and then pull the covers up on top of him.]

[And Ion all but melts into his covers the second he's lying down, thankful to have a real bed to sleep in now.]

[Nephry will wait up with him for a little while longer. Mostly berating herself for acting like that, when that's the last thing he needs.

Eventually she will head to her own room, because what else is there to do?]
