Too much effort.

[It's a very small piece of cheesecake that he has on his plastic fork, but there is no turning back now. Besides, such a tiny piece shouldn't cause him to go into a coma, right? Right. Hopefully.

He sticks the piece of dessert into his mouth and reluctantly bites into it. Hmm...]
