Eggman loves the holiday season, but he's never seen it done quite like this. Still, he can't resist a party, especially if it includes food. At some point not long after things have started, Eggman will enter boisterously, dressed in something akin to this (http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b250/Calavera1138/napoleon3.jpg), albeit with black breeches to match his Empire's colour scheme.
Eggman can be found doing more or less anything, although obviously he will most prominently be found around the food table, many of the dishes there he's not familiar with. He'll try and sample a lot of things, possibly even picking at food before he's supposed to. He'll be keeping away from the alcohol but will enjoy plenty of hot chocolate.
Despite his solitary nature on Earth, the Doctor is actually highly social and will probably spend time away from the food table mingling, as well as possibly taking part in the various card and other games happening around the room. He might also be found simply sitting and admiring the décor.
