I thought those were pretty popular.. Ah, maybe not in other worlds. [ sigh, does she really have to explain the genre now?? ] It's anime or manga about young girls who gain magical powers and then they can transform to wear poofy dresses and twirl wands as they perform said magic. They're usually really corny more than anything.
