Summary: Gold and Silver have been in Luceti together for a year and yet have never had a single Pokémon battle. Deciding it's time to rectify, they head off to the Battle Dome to throw down!
Rating: PG? I mean, it's Pokémon...
[Gold had been anxiously waiting for this day. Sure, the standard format for Pokémon battles involved just battling whenever your eyes meet, but if they did that, there'd be constant battles all day, every day. Therefore, these things had to be planned.

...Besides that, Silver was his rival. Always has been, always will be. That makes this battle special. A battle to settle old scores... No, a battle to determine who's the best trainer out of the two of them, and furthermore... To show everyone just how it's done.

It was time. Their battle lies ahead.]

I can understand that. Some people are nice about it, but most of them are decent Pokemon trainers who keep the fights clean.

We enjoy battles, but a fight with you wouldn't exactly qualify as one. [It would be more like an attack. More of a serious thing. More of a life or death thing. Not a casual scuffle.]

...Murkrow might be okay with it since he's crazy about picking fights, but won't let you pick a fight with him either. You have that. [His body language changes from something relatively passive to rather tense as he mentions and points at Rin's sword.]

[Aang decides to step up to Silver after the match, still in disbelief at how much he had taken in addition to his Pokemon, especially that electric attack]

Hi there! You did really well out there... I think. Are you okay?

[Yeah, this was Masaomi's friend, wasn't he? Aang was almost certain, and it made sense, since he had mentioned being friends with the Pokemon trainers.]

That's good to know! It looked like you got hit a few times, and I don't know if you have any special powers.

I don't. ["I've got nothing to test a strong thundershock on. At this point I think she'd be able to kill me if I let her go all out."] ...Guess we're just used to those kinda hits.

[It still seemed unbelievable to Aang, but he could kind of understand. He himself seemed to crash into stone monoliths on a daily basis.]

Yeah, it was the first time I've watched one. It's a really new experience.

[...Bang, hang, fang, clang- Aang. That's his name. Aang looks a little... Uncertain. At least in comparison to everyone else, anyway. ...He should probably say something reassuring then, shouldn't he?]

I'm not sure how it looked from up here, but I can definitely tell you it was a great experience from down there in the heat of it. [...Literally.]
