The rest of the suit that Rin forced himself into doesn't look quite as flattering, but the tie is extremely straight. It just might look out of place to anyone who's used to his usual look, as would the slicked up/back/combed hair he has going on here. The fact he still has his tail out probably completes the picture of it looking silly.
