Archie looks up sharply when he sees Elizabeth burst in unguarded, and begins to struggle to his feet with a cry of her name. Why is she here? She shouldn't be here! But standing makes the world spin suddenly, and he slips back to the floor, hand pressed to the bleeding wound at his side. He's in a great deal of pain, but like hell is he going to let anyone know that.
