He's rapidly finding, though, he needs to hold back - both himself, and his mouse. He's used to being outclassed, so it comes as a surprise to him when he managed to break one of the soldier's arms in the top floor.

Thereafter, Linda is restricted almost exclusively to using Magnet Rise to disrupt things and Thunder Wave to paralyze people. He himself tries to be covert. Skilled though he might be, most of these people have guns, he needs to be covert about this.
Run into him anywhere above Floor 13. He never ends up being lower than that
Bonus: If you run into him after the fight with Gzork threaded in the linked thread, Masaomi is playing jailer for him. Realizing he's both the big boss of mind control and when they knocked him out he tried to kill himself, Masaomi had to keep watch on him while the others went off to do other things. He shoved him in a room in Floor 13 and is there with him for the tail end of things. It's probable that some other loyalists might try to collect him due to his boon for the cause, or Gzork will mind-summon people or etc. Hop on for that if you want.]
