What: Marco's surprise birthday party.
When: October 6th, in the afternoon.
Where: Community Housing 3, Room 40
Summary: It's Marco's birthday. Ace planned a party. Need I say more?
Rating: Uh, PG? Since there will be pirates here, I'm hoping not to go above PG-13. PLAY NICE, KIDS.
[Ace wasn't going to go overboard on the decorating. In fact, he had to leave a lot of it up to everyone else since his injuries prevent quite a bit of movement. But soon enough, there were a decent amount of streamers up, and a nice big banner that says "HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARCO". He had to work extra hard to get the cake to look just right. The cake is surrounded by the presents, and there's a few separate tables for food and drinks. Fruit punch for everyone, and some alcohol for the adults and pirates.

Come on, people, this is a party. Let's live it up a little! And don't forget to ~~embarrass~~ congratulate the birthday pirate. Feel free to leave your own comment below, just for mingling, or just doing something silly, or giving Marco your present! Have at!]

Actually, I believe it was in Decemeber, so the month before. He was the first person I met here.

[Nods his head.] Good time to get help from him then.

Did you ever find your Prince or did he help with that too?

No. I was able to find my prince on my own, but Ace did help me. I will always be in his debt for that.

Just as I am in your debt for all your help with Knox.

[Waves a hand.] It was my pleasure really. No need for debt, especially since we're friends, eh?

How's Knox doing lately, anyway?

[He says that, but she still thinks she's in his debt.]

Knox is doing very well. She become a wonderful companion.

Glad to hear it. You'll want to make sure she stays warm this winter, it's a little harder on birds than mammals, but blankets and a warm nesting area should do the trick no problem.

I will to make sure to do just that then. It is important to me to make sure she's happy.

With you as her friend I don't see how she could be otherwise.

Kind of. Mostly I just dabble. Ace and I take turns since we don't have our ships' chefs. I'm getting pretty decent though, if I do say so myself.

I would love to try what you can make. I usually only cook for Ling and May. [And it's rice. Lots of rice.]

Not really. I do enjoy rice though.

Well... pretty much everything goes with rice. But okay, we can try some fish dishes and rice. [Nod!] Sound good?

We cook with a lot a fish and vegetables. If you're interesting in trying, I will be happy to cook for you. [Just be warned, her cooking is bland.]
