Make Me Pure
Who: Spike and Drusilla
What: Back in his own mind and body, Spike decides to lie low
When: October 2nd
Where: The Lake House
Rating: V for Vampdetta
Spike awoke in a bed different than the one he fell asleep in. Also not quite in the body he fell asleep in either. It was his original body. Dressed like a ponce, but it was his own. But the more troubling bit was remembering the past week. It burned at him to think that for that time, he'd been convinced he was actually Buffy Summers. He'd tried to live the life and be the girl he loved. It was all a cruel joke and his hatred against the Malnosso couldn't be any greater.
With the morning sun impending, he made a quick exit. He threw on his coat, grabbed a spare blanket, and left the house. He intended to be away awhile, so he collected some blood. And a few more dresses. He realized he'd been neglecting Dru for awhile now after that business with the mission. It would take a bit to get back into her good graces. By the time the morning sun was rising, he was in the forest under the shade of the trees. A few hours later, he'd be pushing open the door to Drusilla's private little get away.
"... Drusilla? You in here, pet?"
