To Luceti, this man was known as Sir Catherine. To the Kin'corans, he'd come to be known as Mister Sally. The Vaskothans knew his real name, but most still fondly called him Old Gloria and that one always made him smile a bit. Some of the draftees were from enclosures he had not personally spoken to and he was terribly uninterested in any of them. They were, to be frank, a very boring lot. But he was willing to meet all today, as he had wrapped up business as the Central Urban Center, a wonderful place to visit, in spite of the very unfortunate name.
Though young in body now, he still carried a cane with him, though he swirled it about as he walked and rested it along his forearm whenever he came to a stop. Blue and smiling, Bil always stood out among a crowd. Possibly by being a bit more cheery that he had any right to be. He tutted as one angry Kin'coran was restrained by the MSF when he came at the blue man with a sword. Truthfully, it terrified him, but Bil was always good about putting on a jovial face when dealing with people who hated his guts. This was fortunate, because everyone in the world hated him. He'd be absolutely useless if people went around liking him.
He placed himself around the barracks reserved for Luceti, idly considering intruding upon them and offering them all a hearty cheer up. A devilish part of him thought about popping into the showers to greet them. But ultimately reason won out over everything else and he made his way to the mess hall. Rather than seek anyone out, he and his personal guard of soldiers and droids went to go pick up some lunch. The mess hall hardly dealt out the tastiest of meals, but just like unpleasant people, he was good at pretending to like unpleasant food as well.
Of course, he wasn't here for the food. He was hoping to have people notice him, probably get excited, and hopefully avoid killing him.
