For the first time a in a while, a New Feather Party is taking place! Everyone has been working hard, making sure that everything is ready for the big day. The school cafeteria is decorated with streamers, some spring flowers and a hand-painted Welcome banner, placed right where everyone can see it. Most of the foods are simple party snacks: cakes, cookies, sandwiches and the like. However, Rin has hauled over a grill and is providing some cooked foods.

The most important part is the booths. The various organizations in Luceti have been invited to set up booths and tables in order to recruit new members and to inform the new feathers of their existence. There's even a general information booth, run by Marita Covarrubias, so New Feathers can ask any questions they have about Luceti. After all, when adjusting to a new place, information about your surroundings is the most important thing!

Near the end of the party, once it's a little darker out, there's even a small fireworks show. It's a nice way a party. After all, who doesn't like fireworks?

You don't? I'm glad... I always seem to say the wrong thing when I'm trying to make a good impression on someone. I guess I just get really nervous about it and say things without thinking.

That... sounds a little creepy. I don't know why any girl would want to do something like that to me. I mean, there are plenty of guys who are a lot better-looking and stronger than I am.
