He watches this, his own wings stretching out to catch the breeze, and with the motion, the sound of crackling as small pulses of electricity dance under the smaller feathers. He barely notices it; that new part of him, at least, has already integrated itself with little fuss.
He does instinctively pull back from the water, though. An unplanned shed of electrical charge would probably do a lot of harm if it hit the water the same time she fell in.
