[Fenimore has no idea about letting the bottle sit open and gives the bottle a curious look when Rei sets it down, but she doesn't comment on it. She isn't in a rush to try the wine and she certainly wouldn't want to rush her time with Rei.

Instead, she'll look back to Rei. It's nice to see her looking so proud of her shrine and it makes Fenimore feel like smiling, even if she had no part in the project.]


That's a good idea. And, well, even without not wanting to ask them for help, I think it's...soothing to do things the traditional way. Maybe some of the elec-tricity [she nearly stumbles over the word, as she used to lazily leave out the t, but she makes it] makes things faster, or easier if you get used to it, but I feel like doing it with your own hands has its own satisfaction.

[Though she has adopted some modern conveniences, like refridgerators (or, as she thinks of them, electric iceboxes) and thermostats, despite throwing out most of the technology in their house.]

Well, I think some of it for me is that I grew up without anything of the sort, but I'm sure that's not all of it. Simple can be better.
