Summary: Bebi has infected some of the residents, who have infected other residents, who have infected...you get the idea.
Rating: R at the worst, if it's higher take it to somewhere else.

It wasn't until the day of the sixth that Vegeta finally had been able to get out of bed after a few days of a high fever, and his agenda today included making visits around town, to see a few people he knew. A monumental day for him, or rather, the parasite controlling him.

To everyone else, the week started as normal. But as the days go on, more and more fall to infection. People go missing, for a day at most, but they come back. And they too, are sick, but not for long. Some make their way to go work on something important, but no one knows what. But there is something amiss, and only the residents can save themselves from coming under control of this parasite.

[This new world was very intriguing. Very. Accessing all of Vegeta's memories, he knew everything there was to know. He keeps himself hidden by using Vegeta's regular appearance, so he starts to make his rounds, going to the square to start. He's stopping anywhere where there's people to meet over the entire week. He can be found at the Bakery, the Coffee Shop, Seventh Heaven, Mythoria Cafe, Good Spirits, the Tea Shop, even the Library. He does stop by the Battle Dome as well, but he's not there to train- he's watching people train, waiting for some to walk out when they're done to say hello. He doesn't hang around for the schooling being done in the dome due to the school being ruined, but he might be hanging out a little afterwards once the tykes are gone. Of course, he will return home at some point, to House 29.

The infected know who he is, and he's ready and available to speak with them, as long as they aren't wasting his time. But those left unaffected, beware; you're his target.]

((If you want him to successfully infect your character, or fail in his attempts/not get the chance to try, just say so in the subject line! Also let me know if your character is already infected, so he can react accordingly. He'll appear as regular Vegeta to those that are not infected, and replies will come from his normal journal unless he's found out.))

[At the Battle Dome, he very well might end up spotting Fayt training down below. Fayt hadn't wanted to risk slacking off and annoying Vegeta when he found out, so he'd kept with his training regiment for the most part. He seems to still be progressing well enough, if very slowly, but that was to be expected with what he was working on.

He's still tired when he leaves the simulator room though, as he usually is, and he makes his way up to the viewing room to grab a bottle of water from the vending machine.]

[Vash was just enjoying a quiet moment at Good Spirits. There weren't very many people at the bar at the moment and the gunman is a bit disappointed by that fact. He was hoping to feel a bit better about Noah's birthday and the kid still being missing by surrounding himself with noise and people.

So when he sees Vegeta walk in he perks right up and waves him over.] Heyyyyyy, Vegeta! Come on over and have a drink! It's been awhile since we've had a drink together! [You know, since he kicked the Saiyan's butt at their last drinking game.]

[misterbrief]

[As he's looking down into the rooms, he spots this blue haired boy, scrunching his face up. But it's easy to figure out who this kid is, and when he does after sifting through his host's memories, Bebi grins wickedly to himself.

He'll make a nice addition.

When Fayt comes upstairs, he'll find him leaning up against the wall, looking smug.]

Well well, isn't it Fayt. You've been keeping up with your training while I was gone, huh.

[misterbrief]

[His head turns with an irritable look and a bit of surprise on his face when Vash waves him over. Who is this fool? Either way, it didn't matter, he'd make a Tuffle of him yet. He searches Vegeta's memories, at least to get an idea of who this guy was. So, he knows him. Good, all the better.

Walking over, he stands next to Vash, hand on a hip and looking irritated.]

That's all you do, drink all day, isn't it?

[Fayt hadn't really expected to see Vegeta considering his absence from the battle dome the past two days. He'd figured the man had taken a mission or something, to have skipped training for two days straight, so he looks mildly surprised when he walks up the stares to see him there.

He smiles a little tiredly, quietly thanking his luck that he had decided to keep up with his training instead of taking a break under that assumption that Vegeta was on a mission.]

Yeah. Can't go slacking off, right?

[misterbrief]

That's right. [He looks off to the side, still smiling, then back to Fayt.]

You're up here for a break, aren't you? Well, think you've got a half an hour left in you after you're done with your little break?

[etherealblast]

A half hour....? [On one hand, he was tired. On the other, he was pretty sure Vegeta might take it out of him later if he did skip out on the request, and it was only a half hour.....]

....Sure. Just let me take a little breather and grab some water, alright?

[He really should learn to stop agreeing to surprise training sessions with Vegeta. Today is not that day.]

[misterbrief]

Go ahead. Take your time. I'll be waiting down by the console.

[And he kicks off the wall, heading downstairs to wait for Fayt, patiently.]

[Vash laughs at the insult like it's meant to be taken as a joke.] Who me?! HAHAHAHA! Not all day! I have to take a break for lunch after all!

[etherealblast]

[And Fayt will be taking his time, grabbing a bottle of water from the vending machine and sitting down for a few minutes to drain the plastic container completely before he even thinks of leaving the viewing area.

It'll be about 15 minutes before he finally makes his way down to the main floor of the Battle Dome, so hopefully Vegeta can be patient.]

Alright, so what was it you wanted to work on?

[misterbrief]

[Bebi cringes at the laughter. How does this Saiyan put up with that? What an annoying creature!]

Stop laughing! [He snaps, not being able to take any more of that.]

[misterbrief]

[That time had given Bebi enough to search farther into Vegeta's mind to figure out the best way to go about this. He's putting the finishing touches on a simulation just as Fayt meets back up with him.]

I figured a little swordsmanship was in order. I need to keep up with my own training too, you know. [He twists a dial, setting it up.] I've programmed it so that if your forgot your weapon, you can use a simulated one inside. Now, shall we?

[He starts to walk inside, sure of himself.]

I've got mine right here, actually.

[He pats the sword hanging in it's usual place at his back, following Vegeta into the sim room. He'd brought it along to train earlier, though he hadn't expected a spar to be sure.]

Unless you want to use practice weapons.

[goldenglasses]

[Vash is unfazed by the laughter and continues grinning like a moron. Thankfully the laughter does stop.] Heh, come on now, Mr. Grumpy Pants! Take a seat and relax a little bit! You keep being that angry you're going to bust a vein in your forehead someday!

[windandrain]

[Something is definitely going on with Vegeta. It's hard not to notice the odd feelings coming through her blessings, like they've transferred into some other being. But that's attributable to a Shift, and he had just been kidnapped so she doesn't really think it's that out of the ordinary. His fever had been weird, and his sudden recovery equally strange.

But that's not what's tipping her off.

Vegeta hasn't been making their morning sword classes. Or their training sessions. That was so unusual, in fact, that when she sees him in Mythoria Cafe she'll walk over and take a seat across from him, brow furrowed.]

Where have you been? Have your been feeling sick again?

[misterbrief]

No, that will be fine. [As they enter, Fayt will see that a building has been set up inside, that of a Japanese style dojo. Saori had first taught Vegeta how to use a sword in one of these, and Bebi has figured it would make for good cover inside since the roof of the building will hide them from any spectators.]

[He snaps his fingers inside, and a sword appears for him to take, one similar to what Vegeta is used to using. He opens the door for Fayt, letting him inside their little battleground.]

After you.

[misterbrief]

[He debates on trying to kill Vash right here and now, but he'll be more useful as a Tuffle. Though he's not entire sure if he really would be useful at this point.]

[He angrily grabs a seat and sits down, trying to formulate a plan.]

Quit being an annoying pest, or I'll dispose of you right here and now!

[misterbrief]

I've been busy. [He sits back in the chair, narrowing his own eyes at her.] And I'm fine.

[windandrain]

[She sets down her tray and her teacup and gives him a look. It's a mildly worried look, because...well...training?]

Too busy for our training sessions? What in the Stars name could be more important than that?

[misterbrief]

It's none of your business what I've been up to. [He's going to have to get to her quickly, because she might cause him problems.]

Maybe I was working on something for you, and now I'll have to reveal it early because you got suspicious.

[windandrain]

For me?

[She looks a little confused, eyeing him with genuine surprise. Vegeta hadn't ever done something like that before. Ever. Not for her birthday, Christmas, her engagement...or even Valentine's. But then...maybe?]

[misterbrief]

Of course. [He cracks a smile back at her. These two seemed to trust one another. That means he could take advantage of it.]

You're still going to have to wait. I wouldn't want to ruin it for you.

[windandrain]

But...what's the occasion?

[She does trust him. Implicitly so. After all, he's wearing a chunk of her soul around her neck. This is just a shock.]

I mean, you haven't ever before.

[misterbrief]

I don't think there has to be an occasion. Maybe I just feel like it for a change. I shouldn't feel obligated to do something for someone else, now should I?
