The two small blue wings that fade out to white at the tips nestled between two large white wings seem to be the cultist's aim that rush after the large beast that stood just over a story tall. She's not doing too badly at taking care of herself. Chomping down on cultists foolish enough to be near her mouth, shaking them, then tossing them away as he large tail swings left and right to bowl any near her legs.
The hard part are the cultists flying above her. There are only so many angles she can cover at once. While she won't call for help, unable to form words in this form, she will growl with frustration as a couple cultists land on her back. They cling on and try to reach those delicate Luceti wings as she thrashes to get them off. Not wanting to roll over and expose her less protected belly to those still on the ground.
She may not be asking for Karis's help, but she could really use that cover she was offering!]
