Not sure of what to do, his instinct kicks in and he wills the cultist to be covered in blue flames. the flames instantly burn away whatever clothing or equipment they have left, but then don't burn their flesh until he wills it when they still haven't let go - which forces them to release as intense burns happen for just a moment and then when released Rin wills them to die down. As the guy is plummeting, it's not clear how much that did or didn't work ]
