Who: Misao Makimachi (kiss_my_kunai) & Yuffie Kisaragi(yuffiesshiruken)
What: A friendly spar between two awesome ninjas~
When: Tomorrow Morning (I'm putting this up a bit early)
Where: Some clearing, close to the forest and away from the village.
Summary: Misao and Yuffie agree to have a friendly sparring match. It's bound to get interesting, considering their spirited personalities.
Rating: PG
It was very early, the sun had barely risen, but Misao was already ready to go. It might have sounded silly, but it had been quite hard to sleep the night before. The anticipation had been almost unbearable, but at the same time she couldn't help but like that feeling.

Oh, she was excited allright. Lips curved in a small smile and she resisted the urge to let out a spirited yell. Fighting another ninja was always so exhilarating. There was no doubt that Yuffie would be a interesting opponent. The girl just seemed to have that similar spirit that she possessed. They were like fire or maybe water, all wild and alive. One thing was for sure she was not going to forget this spar and she was going to give it her all.

"Sounds good to me! I just won't use my magic very much then!" Yuffie smiled a bit. These were pretty simple rules.

"And good idea!" She smirked as she reached for her shuriken on her back. Just to hold it. That wouldn't be nice to just start the fight out of no where! "You want first go?"

"It's fine with me," Misao shrugged her shoulders as she smiled almost goofily. Yet in reality she was looking forward to the magic part. She should get used to this world. She didn't exactly know for how long she would be here, so she needed to adapt and getting to know different powers and such would certainly help.

Yes, she would show Soujiro. He would stop calling her that stupid name that he had given her and she would show him great she really was.

"Why don't we start at the same time?" She reached for the small belt at her side, releasing the kunais with a familiar ease. The blade glinted as she expertly moved them in her hands.

"Ready?" She shifted her body, waiting on Yuffie.

"That's fine by me!" She smiled as she got into her fighting stance. Though she only kept one hand on her shuriken, not going to move it until needed. It was a whole lot more fun to wait some things out in a spar anyways!

"Ready!" And with that, Yuffie's going to almost launch at Misao. She's not going to attack, she just wants to see what she'll do!

Ready! As soon as that word is yelled, Misao is moving. The little ninja has often been about offensive, so this time it was no different. Long, lean and strong legs propel her forward and she's quick to aim a kick at Yuffie's side, all the while keeping an eye on that shiruken.

Yuffie smiled as she saw the kick coming. She quickly stopped, and jumped backwards for it to miss, then once again jumped forward to aim a punch at her back!

"Shit!" Misao had to admit that Yuffie was fast. A big smile reached her face and she was moving to the side avoiding the punch. She quickly countered though by using a roundhouse kick. It was no secret that her legs were her strongest point.

Yuffie frowned at that, she wasn't good enough to just stop, so she spun around to have her kick the shuriken still on her back. It only felt like a light thud, and she smiled as she spun around again, aiming to grab her leg!

Strangely Misao was grinning slightly, only to try and jump back and avoid that hold. Unfortunately for her, she wasn't fast enough and Yuffie managed to grasp her leg. Quickly thinking one of her hands reached for Yuffie's shirt. If Yuffie tried to take her down, she would use the other's own weight and throw both of them down. That was of course if Yuffie didn't counter some way.

And well..this is a bit awkward! But her last spar let her quickly think of something! She moved her legs so that they were sideways towards Misao, and went out for a pretty hard kick, letting go of her leg as she did so!
