Summary: Like last year, Oswald is celebrating his anniversary abundantly with his self-proclaimed Oswald Day. There will be festivities all around.
Rating: That really depends on the characters threading, but Oswald's trying to spread cheer.

[It's the 5th of September, and so the long-awaited day has come. Oswald the Lucky Rabbit's anniversary! Plans have been in the works for months now, and he's finished his preparations in the nick of time. Early in the morning, he leaves a message on the journal systems similar to last year's, complete with S.O.S. Brigade promotion. Then he heads out to show both New Feathers and veteran Luceti residents alike that this place can be fun if you let it.

The schedule is roughly the same as last year's. A loud parade through the streets in the morning, a cartoon marathon in the late afternoon and in the evening, there will be fireworks! It's there for anyone and everyone to enjoy, so go ahead and mingle. Either seek Oswald out or enjoy the festivities with a friend. Oswald will do his best to spread the celebrations throughout the entire village.

It's amazing. Those bones are dancing like they're real, but they're not real at all.

Did you notice how well the pictures work with the sound? That's what the Silly Symphonies were all about, see. Using music and images to create a perfect harmony!

Wow. They really do match up so nicely! I never imagined something like this before. I hope my world can have "cartoon"s someday. [Instead of just being one.]

You really think so, Oswald? That sounds grea- [Then he bursts into laughter.] He's playing the other skeleton like an instrument!

If ya think that's something, you should see The Clock Store. Almost all of the melody gets played by clocks! Alarmclocks, pocketwatches, cuckoo clocks... [He pauses for a second, looking thoughtful before his ears lower in disappointment.] But I think that's one's in a different Silly Symphony collection... Couldn't bring everything today.

[And then he regains his usual cheer again.] But Flowers And Trees is filled with gags like that too, I can show that one next!
