Twister!
Who: You!
What: WHOOSH
When: The 18th, at 5:23 PM.
Where: Through the village (seen on this map)
Summary: A tornado blows through Luceti! It's loud, windy, and dangerous. React?
Rating: B for Blustery
It had been an unusually warm day for October. Dark clouds loomed in the day and had been accompanied by strong winds. A strange green aura tinted the clouds in the west before it finally happened. It was loud. Deafeningly loud for those near it, like a freight train hurling itself through the sky. Dust and debris whipped up inside it and anything not securely fastened was pulled towards it, sometimes right off the ground. A tornado had formed in Luceti and it was moving fast. Faster than a person could run or follow.
The smart people would be staying inside. The not so smart? Hopefully they could handle it.
((I'd suggest checking this comment out to get an idea for how tornadoes work! A plotting thread exists here as well.)

It took some convincing of the others that he would be alright, but Aang was soon gliding straight towards the storm. As an Airbender - Ikki was of course to stay behind - he felt he could help to try to play damage control as the tornado occurred. And at the same time, part of him enjoyed the reckless of fun of bending his way through the tornado.
So he'll be making his way with the tornado along its path. At some points, he seems content to drift along the tornado's winds on his glider, enjoying the chaotic thrill, and sometimes stopping to hop between debris. But at other times, he's more near the perimeter, doing what he can to alleviate damage to buildings and to warn/rescue anyone in trouble in the way. He may be a reckless idiot, but he'll stop others from doing the same.]

She could, however, slow it down as best as she could. At least, until the rest of the villagers were suitably warned (something she would have done herself had her hearing not been tampered with by a Malnosso experiment.) Instead she busies herself with keeping up with the tornado, riding the winds around it as it entered village.
When Aang joins her, she raises a hand in greeting, recognizing his own familiarity with the wind. Whatever she has to say is lost in the howl of the wind around them.]

She uses the wind to carry her still-recovering voice to him:]
Hello, Aang. How is the weather treating you?
no subject
Not too nicely, but it's still fun!

Saori's voice rang out clear as a bell in the roaring wind, a spell shutting out the roar. She had to bleed off the energy somehow, even with Loki pulling it in she needed to expend more.]
Aang! Are you alright?

Saori?! Y-yeah, I'm fine, but what about you?

[Her voice is filled with mirth, and there's a playful note in her voice]

You could say a little of both!

[A merry laugh follows the question as she moves towards it]

[He's gliding forward recklessly but full of excitement and glee.]

[She follows, an almost manic gleam in her eye. She's riding high on the power she's siphoning from the tornado!]
