he's catching her doing magical girl things
So, he's off to find her, and when he see's her (probably doing something heroic) he calls out to here. "MAGICAL GIRL! YOU HAVE PIERCED MY HEART WITH YOUR BRIGHT ARROW OF TRUTH! PLEASE BE MINE AND WE SHALL MAKE BEAUTIFUL MUSIC TOGETHER!"

Of course she does. Who doesn't? She's pretty sure half the village heard that. Artemis groans and claps a palm to her forehead from the rooftop she'd been trying to spy on her father's apartment. The windows were dark, though, and she wasn't having much luck. Was he even home or out somewhere doing something nefarious?
Well, it wasn't as if she was going to be able to stay covert for long, if that racket kept up. She peeked her head over the edge of the rooftop, sticking to the shadows in hopes that she wouldn't be spotted. Would he go away if she didn't answer?
Are bags needed?
She was struck with select muteism. That damnable disease took anyone it pleased! He wouldn't let this stand. So, he jumps onto the roof where she was with arms spread. "I know what you're plagued with and it's all right! I have a terrible secret too!"
