Who: Sora and Kairi (and Axel if he wants to be a creeper)
What: Training!
When: After this petters out.
Where: Barracks
Summary: They get out of the house and go train... it's pretty simple, really
Rating: Sheesh, these two (or three)? PG at most.

Sora had rolled off his bed and grabbed his heavy jacket, gloves, and hat after shutting his journal, tossing it aside and heading out the door pretty quickly. He wasn't angry at Axel - maybe kind of annoyed a little, but not angry; Axel was just pretty good at being irritating. But he really did calm down quickly, and the really cold trip out to the barracks helped that along a lot, even when taken at a full sprint.

He wasn't sure where Kairi'd been when that whole conversation started up, so as he walked in the door and pulled off his hat, he was looking around for her. "Kairi? You here?"

Riku had given her a bracelet for Christmas. She had loved the thought behind that and the bracelet itself was pretty, but Kairi knew that Sora's present was on a whole different level. Sentimental value was heavily implied with the necklace and as she looked at it again, she started to think over the past gifts Sora had given her over the years of their friendship. Growing up on the islands, and just being kids, they never really had enough money for expensive or even just nicer things to give to each other. More often than not, Sora's presents to her were cool things he found on the beach or something he made. She knew it was silly to think she could possibly break it just by wearing it, but she was still hesitant to take it out of the box.

"Here," she said, first handing him the Keyblade she was still leaning on. Once she passed it off, she took it out of the box and swept her hair out of the way, clasping the necklace onto her neck.

"What do you think?"

Had it been a ring, Kairi would have felt like some sorts of lines were crossed...but the necklace was fine. It was a little more personal than a bracelet, but not too personal.

She suddenly looked at him in surprise with the compliment, blinking a bit. "...was that supposed to be a line?" She tried to joke, but the flustered expression was a dead-giveaway that she really hadn't been expecting that.

Well that's good because she probably would have been a little more than freaked out of her mind. She'd realize that sooner or later when she would take a closer look at the necklace she had just removed, but for now she was just focused on Sora.

She couldn't think of anything to say to that, nothing that would sound good anyway. So instead she settled for hugging him. That should have conveyed everything she wanted to say.

"Thanks. Really." She pressed a kiss to his cheek. "And thanks for the necklace, of course."
