SPECIAL NOTE!! - Since this didn't come up before (but should have, my bad), there are actually a minimum of 400 Third Party soldiers in each area as opposed to in total. This means there are 1200 of them over all.

[After greatly abusing the shiny room service button - USOPP. CHOPPER. You'll be joining him, yes? - Brook leaves his room to take care of some srs business.

Because of a conversation with Sokka yesterday in which he was appointed team leader (http://markofthewise.livejournal.com/13607.html?thread=2440231#t2440231), Brook will be hunting down the members of Team A to discuss battle plans, and get an idea of the people he'll be working with in the case of the ones he hasn't met yet.

Later on, he might search out some members of Team B, since they'll be working in the same area and so he can give them a crash course in Babysitting Vash 101.]

Also, he's nervous and going back and forth between sticking to people he knows and freaking out in his room. Brook, we are all going to die. So you have to listen to him complain the whole way. ]

Could they make a creepier hallway? It's not that hard to find a rug or something around here, is it, with all that room service working?

White is a lovely color, Usopp-san! Very bright and cheerful, if you look at it in the proper light!

Though a splash of color would make it more lively. I don't think anything can be taken out of the rooms however, alas.

All kinds! I've had takoyaki and sushi and ice cream and pie and a salad - this is no excuse to pack on the carbohydrates! - and tea, of course! THe cooking is not up to Sanji-san's standard, but it is still delicious!

[Erza's just sitting in her room, with her door propped open. She's unfamiliar as to what most of her teammates look like (if my memory serves, she's only met or spoke with Katara, Sokka, and Brook), but she'll keep an eye out for any of those people just in case they walk by.]

[(Yup! Spoke with Brook once over the journals.) There's a knock at the door.] Erza-san?

Come in. [Once Brook's inside, she asks the main question on her mind.] What do you know about the people we're working with?

[Maaaa, she doesn't want to do this. Sometime after her conversation with San and settling in to her own room, she comes knocking on Brook's door.]

[Chopper and Usopp are currently out of the room, so Brook's just been in there steadily abusing the room service button. He calls out with his mouth full.] Come in!

[...shouldn't you have at least checked the door, Brook? But, whatever, she's not Yuber. So she opens the door and enters and... wow, that's a lot of stuff.]

[Last he knew, Yuber had no footsteps. He'd have been more worried if he hadn't heard anyone coming.]

Katara-san! Oh, excuse me. [Belch. He stands to greet her, picking his teeth to look presentable.] What can I do for you?

That's really all the encouragement she needs to change her mind. She's used to handling her own problems. This is no different than anything else. And it's not as if it's not something he couldn't figure out for himself.]

[And as she turns to go she does just - hesitate.] Did Sokka tell you...

[Headtilt. Hmm. Well if it's anything important, he's sure she'll bring it up to him.]

Ah, he didn't, but I assumed that you would be making use of it! It will make for a valuable asset with your bending, yes?

[She nods. Brook might notice that instead of her usual one waterskin, Katara currently has three on her back.] Yeah, and I've had a lot of time to think of how I can use it against them without the power cap.

[She turns back and shuts the door behind her.] Luceti didn't effect my control. It just changed how much water I can bend. What you've seen me do, I can usually do double that. When I get to the river, it should be enough for me to grab them right out of the sky.

[Briefly, he thinks back to half-forgotten images... water twisting in fantastic forms and waves. He wonders for a moment if it's anything like that, but dismisses the thought. He'll see for himself soon enough.]

What else will you be able to do, if you don't mind my asking?

[She shrugs.] I don't see that lasting very long, unless the Third Party is really stupid, they'll see that I'm taking the sky away from them and won't want to stick around.

[Or, you know, they'll attack her en masse to try to make her stop.]

So what I'd probably do next would let me be a bit more mobile - I can freeze their wings in the air. [Depending on how much water she's using? That won't be all she can freeze.] All it would take is for someone to follow up with shattering them. I could probably coordinate with that too, but...

While they're in the air, Toph won't be able to see them. So I'm going to take the sky from them. And then when they land...

[You guys should be able to take it from there. Toph certainly will be able to - she just doesn't like to think of Toph having to kill.]

I can take care of that, along with anyone else who might be comfortable with doing so. [He understands - he doesn't like the idea of asking Usopp or Chopper of that himself, even if he's seen them decimate zombies when they have to.

Considering now.] I might even be able to accomplish that before they hit the ground, in some instances.
