Summary: General shenanigans for people inside the dorms.

SPECIAL NOTE!! - Since this didn't come up before (but should have, my bad), there are actually a minimum of 400 Third Party soldiers in each area as opposed to in total. This means there are 1200 of them over all.

It's a television. There should be... as mall black rectangular thing with a lot of buttons on it in here.

[...Darn. She moves around him to shut the door behind him.]

What's it for? And why were you calling it a demon box?

It turns it on. [He starts looking for the remote, eventually spotting it.] Master Souji is a little superstitious, so... demon box. It's actually just really advanced technology. Paru has one in her house. [He turns the television on. What's on? A cheesy, poorly acted soap opera.]

Just. Staring. For like five minutes.]

...are they on cactus juice?

[Yeah, Sokka... has no idea. This is just awful and nothing like kickass Jackie Chan fighting.]

... I have no idea. Maybe they're this world's version of the Ember Island Players.

[She makes a face.] Turn it off.

[Gladly, he does so.]

... the stuff Paru showed me was a lot better.

It would really almost have to be.

[She pauses and triiiiiiiiies to act casual.] Hey, do you have a minute?

[... you're not doing a good job. He's already worried.]

... I guess? Why?

[She turns and starts rummaging around in her backpack - ah, there it is.]

Do you think you could fix this so I could wear it on my upper arm?

[And she turns to hold out the small bracelet made of two bent glass tubes, some string, and a chain. She might be a little shy about it.]

[Sokka takes it and holds it up to the light for a better look. He's clearly impressed.]

Wow, awesome. [He nods, though.] Sure, I can do that. Where'd you get it? [Can he tell she's very attached to it? Oh yes. It definitely is not from the store.]

Allen gave it to me just before we left. But I can't wear it and my wrist guards as it is, so if I wore it like I wore those Fire Nation bracelets...

[You can fix it, right? Right?]

Allen, huh?

[Iiiiinteresting. In the meantime, Sokka opens up his bag of holding and gets some of the material he'll need. He'll have to tear a few bits from his stuff, but it's no great loss. He just knows he can't use anything from the room. So once he's done that and ordered the proper tools he'll need, he'll pull up a chair to the bed and start using that as his personal workspace.]

[She will be... attempting to not peer over your shoulder.

It doesn't work so well.

[Don't worry! He's being careful. Even so, he's not like Katara. He likes to talk while he works.]

I didn't realize you and Allen were so close.

He's a nice guy. I'd like to think that we're friends.

[She's starting to get the feeling that maybe she should have asked Usopp to fix this for her. =\]

Wow. If this is what friends give to each other, I'm going to have to find something really good for Suki.

[With a bit more effort, he finishes it. He turns around and holds it out for her.] See if it fits.

[Does she think Allen is cute? She is not, in fact, blind. Does she like Allen? As a person, from what she knows - yes, yes she does. She's even comfortable around him. But... it's not like that.

There's no room for anything like that in Luceti.]

[She reaches out to take the bracelet and starts sliding it up her arm.]

He was just being concerned. And a little silly - he gave me a thank you note with it, for the thank you note I gave him. I thought it was nice.

[And one of my favorite presents, ever. She slides it all the way up and it fits snugly. She begins to move her arm, as she would if she was bending, to test it.]

Uh huh. [He knows better. And by better, he means he's going to have to find more out about this Allen guy. If only he and Sanji were on better terms. They could totally tagteam this.

But he'll give her a break and pull out his necklace. Or at least, the one he put his White Lotus tile on. Only now he has a small keychain on it as well. Attached is a tiny metal thunderbolt.] Heart gave me this! I'm not sure why.

Heart did? That's... weird. [Blink, blink.] What happened to your shell necklace?

[It is weird. But it's... kinda neat. But as for the shell necklace, well...]

Uh. I kinda let Winry borrow it. [Awkward? A little.] I went to say goodbye yesterday and... [He shrugs, feeling that his explanation has been defeated. He doesn't want to tell her that Winry was crying.] I thought she could use it more than I could.

Oh. [She's... not sure how she feels about that. She hasn't seen him without that thing on in years... well, undercover in the Fire Nation aside. And...

Well, at the very least, she files it away for blackmail later, if he decides to give her a hard time about Allen. It was sweet of him, though.]

It slips a little here when I move my arm like this - I think one of the links needs to be tightened.

[It seems to be a day for letting other people off the hook.]

Right. I can fix that that. [He'll just take it back and get to fixing that.]

She's probably expecting a more meaningful story when I tell her how I got it, though. [Even if it is cool, as far as he's concerned. So what if his parents didn't really approve?]
