Who: [Bad username or site: salvationfound title= @ livejournal.com] and [Bad username or site: not_klonoa title= @ livejournal.com]
What: Presea finally regains her soul! HOSHI-
When: Today at sunset
Where: House 19, Kratos and Presea's place.
Summary: Kratos finally finishes the final touches on the Key Crest and equips it on Presea. The results that follow, well... Aren't going to be pretty.
Rating: PG?
After more than a month of researching as much as he could about the Exspheres and Cruxis Crystals of his world, Kratos felt that he was ready to complete refining the Key Crest for Presea. It had been too risky before that; If he ruined just one little part of it, the Key Crest might not work... or, worse, it could just speed up the process of her deterioration. But finally, Kratos felt as ie he knew enough about what to do to complete the task he appointed to himself since Presea arrived.
At noon, Kratos head to the smithy and requested to use the back room to create something. At sunset, he finally emerged with a full day's of hard work showing on his entire physique. Yet in his hands he held the outcome of it all; A completed Key Crest designed to fit perfectly around Presea's Cruxis Crystal comfortably. He nodded his head to the people who worked the smithy in thanks, and then left as soon as he could. The shop still held memories of his son for him, and while seeing these people continue his legacy and not let the smithy die... He still felt that the right to it belonged to Lloyd and Lloyd alone.
Soon enough, Kratos arrived at the house he and Presea stayed in and stepped inside. She should be here by now... And he could hear the rattle of pots and pans from the kitchen. Good... He headed towards there, Key Crest gripped in his hand as he called out, "Presea."

[And here's the moment of truth... Kratos places a hand on Presea's shoulder as he brings the Key Crest forward to attach to her Cruxis Crystal. Just as he thought - it fit perfectly and attached easily. But all of his hard work would be for naught if there was no result to this. So, he glanced upwards to her eyes. Please, let this work...]

As soon as the Keycrest was properly attached, the effects kicked in instantly.]

Lloyd would be so proud of him. It's a thought that very, very rarely occurs to him, but he can't help it. He'd done it.
It's with that thought, and seeing Presea with an expression, that Kratos smiles for her.]
Welcome back.

You are in another place... far from your father. Another world with no known return. [Baby steps. Let's not reveal that her father is dead right now. That'd be way too much to pile on to her.]

What...? N-No, that's--I have to go home! Daddy...I want my daddy!!

... I'm sorry. If I knew the way out of this place, I would have long ago... For everyone in this world.
[Maybe she'd be willing cooperate if...] Would you be willing to help us?

[Just want to go home. Presea hesitates, looking at Kratos with uncertainty. It was all very hard to swallow. How could she even tell this man was telling the truth and hadn't taken her away from home? She didn't remember much; her memories felt clouded and foggy.
For a moment, though, she considered listening to this strange man, and maybe agreeing, but something caught her eye before she could respond--wings. On his back...and on her own.
Old memories of her being experimented on, of pain, coldness, and a terrible stillness afterward came racing back, and all her calm disappeared as Presea panicked. She shrugged Kratos' hand off her shoulder and took a few steps back.]
Wh-What? Why do I have--what did you do to me?! [She made a grab for her own wings and--pain. So much pain.] Ahh!

Do not touch them. They've been attached by the beings who brought us here, the Malnosso. Everyone in this world has them... It is a symbol of our imprisonment here. And another reason why we wish to find a way out.

No, she had to get away somehow. Her eyes looked around and spotted the door a few steps away. Taking a few steps towards it, Presea glanced back at Kratos, much like a frightened animal.]
I-I don't--I want to go home!! I have to see my daddy! He's alone, and sick, and...

... I know. I only wish to help you... Should you accept it.

I'm...sorry.
[And she hurried towards the door, opened it, and rushed off. She really was sorry, since he seemed sincere enough, but Presea really just needed to be alone and think. It was too much right now for her to grasp.]

She needed time to herself, anyway. This was a lot to take in at once...]
