If I close my eyes, I can see light
Who:
kakeravoyager and
soulbait
What: The teleporting event uses it's magical karma powers and trap two people together.
When: Afternoon of Sunday the 26th.
Where: Some random cave that nobody knows about.
Summary: Bern and Ciel teleport into a closed off area of the same cave. It doesn't end well, but neither does anything these two do.
Rating: PG-13 for now.
[Well this is one way to spend an afternoon.
Maybe it was her fault. She thought she lucked out and wouldn't have to be subjected to this teleporting business. Not much sooner she finds herself in a dark cave - a far cry from her apartment room. It isn't the worst place to placed, since she can just teleport herself out, but dark places and her have a terrible history. Nevertheless, she lets a small area of the cave light up with the blue glow of her magic. Not much is inside and there is barely any sound, save the crumbles of a some pebbles, falling to the ground from the ceiling.
Ultimately she decides to explore and see if there is something of interest. Not often does she find any reason to leave her apartment, so this is a good break from the norm at the very least.]

[And in an instance the glow vanishes again, removing all light it gave to the cave.]
If you do not want my assistance then I will just watch you squirm in the depths of this hell.

And where is Sebastian?]

And now, she'll just quietly watch him squirm as her eyes adjust to the darkness. It's easy for her to get use to it because of past experiences she much rather push away from mind. The silence is getting to her a little, but watching him start a frantic search is fairly amusing.
Amusing enough for her to forget about silencing herself, as a small giggling sound is audible behind him.]

Don't worry, Ciel. I won't leave you alone in this pit of darkness. [More sounds of light laughter can be heard.] Such an act would be so cruel.

It would seem in this case you believe yourself a cat, do you not? Playing with a mouse, perhaps?
[And now he's fumbling in his jacket. Where is that gun where is that gun- oh. He feels the cold metal handle and gingerly starts to feel for getting it properly in hand]

[She ignores the hollow laughter, a smirk widening on her features] You don't like cats do you, Ciel? Allergic to them if I recall. [She makes a few more rocks by the side lift up. These ones are a bit bigger than the previous batch.] Lets have fun until that piece of worn out furniture comes to find you. [And the rocks come hurdling towards their target again. This time aiming for Ciel's head.]

He's a little alarmed that his gun seems to have fallen off him in his fall, but at least it didn't misfire on him or anything]
And tell me, what would constitute victory in this "Game" of ours, Bernkastel?

[And a few more rocks come toward him. This time not from above, but from his left side.]
no subject
do a barrel roll
Can't you do any better than that, Phantomhive?
[She sends out more rocks. They're a lot more rough around the edges than the last ones, but aren't much bigger.]
no subject
...Really, the amazing thing is how loud a gunshot is in this confined space. Even he fears his ears might pop from it]

But it never comes.
That shot was successful. It didn't pierce Bern's skin, but it did pierce part of her left wing. She held back a biting scream- she never was injured in the wings, but she was sure it was the worse pain she had ever felt since being inside of the dark room. The room was still worse, but this was a close second. It was beyond horrible and it took all her will to keep herself above ground and not fall into the ground. If anything like that happened then he would know. She couldn't let him get the upperhand in this.
Even so, she couldn't muster the energy to send rocks hurling at him or even taunt him. Right now she was just trying to make sure she didn't yell out in pain.]

He calls instead into the dark, his gun now gaining a firmer grip in his fingers-] Is that it, Bernkastel?! Do you not have some miracle for me to overcome in this Game?
[Where is Sebastian?] Sebastian will surely accomplish even that when he arrives.
no subject
She doesn't answer. Her left wing soon becomes numb and she can barely feel anything from it. It still hurts and her insides are still churning, but it shouldn't cause death. She focuses her eye on another set of rocks and launches them at Ciel again. It might miss this time - her vision is a bit blurrier than before from the overdose of pain.]

Your aim, Barnkastel... is quite poor. [Not that he expects his own- ...Or was it? Perhaps it was better. Trying as hard as he can not to allow the sound to bug him, he takes this moment to raise his pistol and fire again. Damn that's loud. Mind you, his own vision is blurred a little too, but mostly because of involuntary tears... and maybe a bit of blood]]

She won't go back for another couple minutes, so she can recollect herself and deal with this pain. But no need to tell Ciel that. He can just think she got hurt again for all she cares. The light is hard to adjust to, but she gets use to it quickly. Have fun in there for now Ciel. She'll be back after your featured paranoia.]

...And then, much again his will, he's actually teleported again against his will. Not to the same place, but now at the base of the mountains somewhere. He blinks furiously at the light and trips down to his knees before he to much as takes another step. But at least he's out of the cave? ...Plus Sebastian should in theory pick him up soon enough
to give an option to end this backdated forever thing if we want]no subject
Tch.
[It was her mistake for leaving. The teleporting must have occurred again. Either that or that furniture finally arrived.]
You win for now, child.
[She could pursue, but with a nearly broken wing she is not at an advantage. If she goes out now and Sebastian is there then he could catch her by surprise. Ciel wouldn't reserve mercy after everything that happened. Not that he every would.
ooc: you and aeria can thread out Sebastian finding him if you want now.]
