our metaphorical car got not brakes and no gear shift!

hazlerink, loveangelflonne, anyone else on the floor (looking at you, Touhous and Disgaeans), anyone else walking through floor one of C1, anyone that teleports in... basically anyone ever.
What: A SLUMBER PARTY!!
When: Starting at ~9PM, continuing through the night (teleporting of course stops at midnight)
Where: The first floor of C1; mainly in the kitchen probably, but also the hall and other places there.
Summary: Charlotte and Flonne had a diabolical plot and they have now made good on it tonight!
Rating: PG? Hopefully? Needs many hijinks though.
[So it was a valiant effort and they had to stay up past Flonne's normal bed time (8PM starting, ohmai) but Charlotte and Flonne managed to put all their fliers up despite randomly teleporting here and there! And now, after they're done, laughing and excited, they made it back to their building to celebrate it. Manga is out and ice cream (plus cookies and milks and all sorts of other things) are raided out of the kitchen! It's a party and chances are everyone around them will be wrapped up into the infectious joy of these two Love Freaks. Because well, L O V E
