It's all for the donuts
Who: Vash (
goldenglasses), Rogue (
touchofrogue), and a random troll named Wolfwood (
not_a_bluesbro )
When: Saturday, November 20th
Where: Vash’s bedroom. >D
Summary: During his morning meditation, Vash has a crash-in visitor and a nice little coma nap.
Rating: PG, come on people! They’re all wearing clothes!
Vash awoke as he did every morning; eyes slowly opening as he slipped away from the night’s dream. He yawned as he pushed himself slowly upwards and gave his bed hair a ruffle. He hadn’t particularly liked last night’s dream. It was more like a nightmare really, but it was gone now and it was another chilly day in Luceti.
He took a deep breath and crossed his legs in bed. Shutting his eyes as he began his morning meditation. The subjects are of love and peace, he usually quits after about three seconds, but this morning the meditation is going to be cut off a little short.

She knows where it is, after all. But as she turns to go, she glances at him over her shoulder.
"Is it always like this?" She has his memories that say - yes, this happens. Every couple of months, except for that long space in between. New people come and old people go and there is nothing that no one can do to get them back--
He kind of likes it here anyway--
She closes her eyes for a second, forcing the psyche back. He's a loud one - heh, look at the coat, she shouldn't be surprised.

"Everyone gets one of these. You can talk through it to everyone else here. You might want to give it a try later. Maybe you'll find someone you know." There, the guide shows up and Vash holds the journal out so Rogue can easily take it without touching him. "This is the guide to Luceti, it explains pretty much all we know so far."

She knows she shouldn't be happy about that, but she doesn't care. She's just been awakened to how much the X-Men mean to her, how much they care about her, and she's lost and alone in a world run by scientists of the Mr. Hyde and Boliver Trask type. She'd settle for just about any familiar face, even the Blob.

She turns to head towards the bathroom. "Thanks, Vash."

"Oh! And if Wolfwood hasn't found them yet, I think we should have some donuts left too."

And before either of them have a chance to wonder if that's something she really wants, Rogue slips out the door to change.
